Clean room, good facilities, coureous staff, good buffet. Problem is, walls of rooms are thin, so if you want to get intimate, keep it down.

The hotel is clean & the breakfast is awesome, only disadvantage there is no restaurant or commodity shop near by. Breakfast option is sufficient.

In general all is good but around the hotel is rare of resto etc.. Good enough compare with fee

Really just a brand of YMCA, despite booking a double room and my booking receipt stating the same I'm told that Zen Rooms only have twin rooms. Little dubious about the advertising, Zen Rooms seems to be just a subset of rooms in the Metro Y which is just a branding of YMCA.

I stayed 5 days from 16/03/16 . Even though my check in time was 3 pm. i was alotted the room at 12 noon on request due to my early arrival. Value for money. The rooms are very small if you are with children. The staff didn't replace the toileteries like soap,shampoo etc in the consequent days of my stay. No eateries nearby. Buffet breakfast pathetic with very little choice.

“シンガポール最高!!”
ホテルのスタッフさん達、親切でした。 部屋は窓なし部屋でしたが、寝るだけの部屋なので別に気にならなかった。 冷蔵庫、ティシュ置いていないので、ティシュは多めに持参するか、スーパーで買うといいです。 一日中クーラー付けっぱなしなので冷蔵庫なくても大丈夫でした。 どうしても冷やした飲み物が欲しければロビーにて販売してるので購入しても良いです。 大バスタオルはあるが、タオルとかはありません。タオル等多めに持参した方がおすすめです。シャワーは問題なし。 駅からちょっと離れてるけど、徒歩で行ける距離、バス(ツーリストパスお持ちなら乗り放題)があるので全然大丈夫でした。 シンガポールは常夏なので暑いから水分補給忘れずに！
