実際はホテルロイヤルです。 別館に案内されましたが、とても清潔で部屋も広く、良かったです。 ニュートンフードセンターまで歩いて行けるので食事も問題ありません。

Prices are too expensive, Aircon’s and rooms are very bad conditions, Most of the staff are foreign talents, reach there my room was not available yet the offered me another room which was a worst nightmare

I enjoyed my stay at d Hotel albeit for only 1 nite. Location was near to places of interest. Hotel was clean and friendly staff. Bed was big and comfy. Towel smell fresh n toilet fu of toiletries. However we didn't receive any complimentary drinks or mineral drink. Bar fridge was empty. The room was big and spacious but with only a small window at d corner of the room. Nonetheless I enjoyed my stay. Wi come back if got promotion coz a bit costly considering limited breakfast.

This hotel is too old. It need a total renovation before guests are allowed to stay in it.

Waited 30 mins in the queue for checking in, even though we were third in queue. When it reached our turn, we were told that they hadn’t process our booking yet. In the end, we waited for another 30 mins. I observed that staff were flipping through stack of papers. I wonder what obsolete system leading to such inefficiency. My first and last time in Hotel Royal, 36 Newton Rd.

Cons-1) I booked a double room but when I reached, was only given twin bed room. 2)The room has smoke smell even though non smoking 3) before checking in I sent an email to the hotel to request if they can complimentary cake for us as it was our anniversary. Dexter promised but nothing was done in the end. We received nothing Pros-for the price that we paid, is actually worth it. The hotel is in a good location, we have fun at the swimming pool and the bed is quite comfy.

Hotel is located few minutes walk from novena MRT as well there is direct bus from the hotel to Chinatown. Check in time is by 3.00 pm, no early check in available. Bigger room space with standard room facilities, such as mini refrigerator, TV, coffee mixer, hot kettle, iron board, clothes cabinet, bath tab with heater . hair dryers, tooth items. Mineral water bottle is not provided in house, you may need to walk in along the corridor near the lift where there s a water dispenser situated. Bring the kettle to fill water. Overall is good and satisfactory.

The hotel was actually Royal Hotel. Luckily I reviewed a comments prior my booking as we booked an hour before trip. The entarance and lobby look a little bit old fashion hotel. However the room was nice, clean and spacious. No water bottle will be provided as they have a water dispenser, vending machine and self service laundry service at level 4. Bathroom is slightly old though they have bathtub. Generous with toiletries

Room smelled of smoke. Shower curtain reeked of fresh urine. Kettle didn't work. Counter staff were rude at check in.

In my room, perhaps there is a minor neglected or overlook in terms of cleanliness . I found out that my water kettle, there is a fish ball has been put inside it. While, i believe the housekeeping has been overlook on it and perhaps some mischievous customer's kids has been putting inside it. Overall the experiences of the hotel is good.

Actually it is in Hotel Royal. It is a bit confusing when you get there first, but overall it is good to stay there. The room is clean, the bus stop and MRT are in walking distance, and the reception is helpful. There might be some problem in the "do not disturb" sign. I press the "do not disturb" on every day, but still I can fit the housekeeping come in and tidy up the room.
