Close to everything you need including transport, attractions and most importantly some amazing food. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Pros area good location near MRT , friendly service from receptionist. Room isn’t small like other hotel. Toilet has showers room. Cons are bad network of tv while I stayed, there is no elevator. It’s not recommended for one who has big luggage to walk up by steps

Room can be more clean and its hygiene purpose as its dusty and still rubbish all around and i get back with many red spots on my hands and some at legs maybe is because of bed sheet

in my opinion it's overral good , quite clean but very small room the staff are kind and no elevator so u need to walk with stairs to your room very good location near MRT Station and Market

Getting 2 problems with the rooms. First was the aircon dysfunction. It's on but not cool at all. We asked to change room, and got one without hot water for shower. Room was also dim, and looks a bit old or ancient. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to be a first priority. I'd first suggest a different hotel.

Good location and easy to walk from MRT. the smell in room can't affordable i will not recommend for my friend this play. i do not like the carpet. so stinky!

Only the location is very convenient, but there are also other hotels around the same area, will not be choosing this hotel again!

This hotel has terrible customer service. Although check in was relatively easy and location is very convenient. Staff who worked that night was inattentive and unhelpful. I had just arrived at the reception,I struggled to get my 30+ oh luggage over the door step, Bernard did not ask if I needed assistance. Further, after checking in I asked for the elevator - he looked at me blankly and blatently said we don’t have elevators here. He did not offer any assistance to help me with my luggage up 5 flights of stairs on to the second floor. The hotel quality is poor. The walls were dirty, air in the room was damp and the walls were paper thin you could hear the other room and outside. Bathroom did not have any mould but did have soap scum on the glass. Remote for aircon did not work. I would never come back or recommend this place ever

This is hotel is very close to China towns eating street and market. Room was very small and very damp. Tv kept playing up and had water constantly dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. Complained to staff numerous times but problems weren't fixed. eventually we were switched to another room after 3 nights which was better

Located central of China Town, room was small as elsewhere in Singapore.Near to subway station , around of China restaurant and end of street there is a MCDonald,no need worry about food and shopping mall also by walking distance.poor sound proof and slow wifi, we stay very far from lobby . If you have extra budget not recommend otherwise is ok if only to have a place to sleep / overnight.

“Location ”
The hotel is located right in the heart of Chinatown. Lot of restaurants nearby. MRT station is just 5 mins walk away. The room is rather a standard set up but clean and functional
