クリーンで、NUSへのアクセスが簡単で、クレメンティの角に美味しいレストランがあります。チェックインとチェックアウトは親切で優しいスタッフが担当しており、ルームサインを出し忘れた場合でも、シフトの終わりに戻ってきて、清潔なタオル、コーヒー、お茶、砂糖、そして空のゴミ箱を用意してくれます。

私たちの家族は7月末の暑い夏にシンガポールを訪れました。NUSに近かったのでFragrance Hotel（オーシャンビュー）を選びました。ホテルのスタッフは非常に親切で熱心で、部屋は小さかったものの清潔でした。私たちはNUSでの活動に参加するためにシンガポールにいたので、夜寝るためにしかホテルに戻りませんでした。しかし、部屋の清潔さには非常に満足していました。スタッフは借りたい小物についても手助けしてくれ、とても配慮が行き届いていました。またシンガポールに戻る機会があれば、再度Fragranceに宿泊することを考えます。
