広々とした清潔な部屋。ハウスキーピングスタッフのライアンはとても親切です。彼は娘のためにタオルのバースデーケーキを作ってくれ、バースデーノートも書いてくれました。娘はとても喜んで、タオルのバースデーケーキの写真を撮りました。本当にありがとうございました、ライアン。誕生日の準備を手伝ってくれたドアマンにも感謝したいです。私が注文した飲み物はカンブロ容器に入っていて、配達員は大きなトラックがあったため、荷積み場に駐車できませんでした。ドアマンはカンブロ容器をホテルのトロリーに載せる手伝いをしてくれ、それを私の部屋に運んでくれました。また、ミネラルウォーターの2箱も手伝って運んでくれました。本当にありがとうございました。素晴らしいお祝いができました。また予約します。皆さん、本当にありがとうございました！

地下鉄駅からも近く、歩いてホーカーにもベイエリアにも出れる大変便利な立地でした。日本人の口コミが少なかったので、不安でしたが、チェックインで私たちを対応してくれたフロントスタッフはとても丁寧でした。 部屋も広く、清潔な部屋に満足しました。 滞在中、困ったことは、2日目に1人分だけバスタオルや手ふきタオルが補充されておらず、フロントに伝えるが他のスタッフがバスローブだけ持って来たり、再度お願いに行っても、なかなか来なかったりと、伝え方が悪かったのか、スタッフ間のやり取りが上手くいってないのか？自分たちがちょっとしたクレーマーのようになってしまっているようで困りました。あと夜中10時過ぎに火災報知器が鳴り、エレベーターは停止、慌てて階段から降りるとフロントではチェックアウトですか？と聞かれました。火災報知器の件を伝えると、もう大丈夫ですと。他の滞在客は誰も避難しておらず、私たちのフロアだけだったのか？一体、何だったのか？今でも不思議です。当時はあまりの事にびっくりし過ぎて、夜も遅かったので詳細を聞けなかったので、聞けばよかったと今でも思ってます。 ここのホテルは新しくはないものの、部屋の広さ、立地、観光にはとても便利です。駅から近い点は本当に便利です。 スタッフに日本語対応できる方はいないので、ある程度話せるか、翻訳機で意思疎通をすると思ういうイメージで、宿泊されるといいかと思います。

中国の旧正月期間中にこの場所を見つけられてとても嬉しかったです。ユニットはとても清潔で、十分な数のゲストを収容できる大きさでした。ゲストたちもかなり感銘を受けていました。 言うまでもなく、場所は素晴らしく、MRT駅の隣にあったので、見つけやすかったです。スタッフも素晴らしく、皆とても親切で助けてくれました。 この場所について唯一言いたいのは、建物内に駐車場設備がないことです。周囲にはいくつかの駐車場オプションがあるかもしれませんが、私たちの滞在中はずっと雨が降っていたため、少し不便でした。 それでも、私たちの滞在を2つの親指を立てて評価し、ぜひまた戻りたいと思います。

素晴らしいホテルで、マリーナベイまでの距離も短く、素晴らしい立地です。空港からのMRT駅のすぐ隣にあります。19階にはラウンジとバルコニーがあり、無料のエスプレッソコーヒーがとても美味しかったです。部屋は広く、静かで、必要なものがすべて揃っていました。ベッドは非常に快適で、素晴らしい眠りが得られました。スタッフも素敵でした。ここにまたぜひ泊まりたいです。

シンガポールのアスコットラッフルズプレイスで、家族、特に両親と二人のティーンエイジャーと一緒に素晴らしい滞在をしました。最初は2ベッドルームのアパートメントを予約しましたが、これは本当に素晴らしく、快適で設備も整っており、まるで自宅のように感じました。必要なものがすべて揃っていて、滞在は非常に便利で楽しいものでした。 2ベッドルームが全期間利用できなかったため、予約した2部屋の代わりに2つのシングルベッドルームのアパートメントにアップグレードされ、私たちの体験は期待を超えました。宿泊施設は一流で広々としており、考え抜かれたデザインです。 ハイライトの一つは、プールとジムの横にあるホテルのラウンジエリアで、美しい環境の中でスナックや飲み物を楽しみながらリラックスできました。スタッフはフレンドリーで、気配りがあり、常に手助けをしてくれる姿勢が全体的なポジティブな体験を加えました。 立地も素晴らしく、マリーナベイや他の多くの観光地まで歩いて行ける距離にあって、街の探検には非常に便利です。 全体として、私たちの滞在は記憶に残るもので、シンガポールで快適で立地が良く、もてなす宿泊施設を探している家族にアスコットラッフルズプレイスを強くお勧めします。
