The booking was made in reference to the hotel shown, however, when arriving at the hotel after midnight, we were informed another operator had taken ownership of the building and the previous operator had moved next door in a cheaper 2 star building, and therefore they had no booking 😠

Having stayed at some of the other very good hotels in Madina earlier, we tried Al Haram for the first time and stayed for four nights. A great welcome was upgradation to a suite which had two separate bathrooms. And then a phone call to ask if we still wanted a bigger room - we were overwhelmed. If you are a female or have one with you, it is ideal being very close to the gates (24, 25) for women. Breakfast was decent enough and the staff was very welcoming. Will surely stay here on our next visit, In Shaa ALLAH.

Our Check in was very painful, the hotel has some issue with Agoda bookings and the people at the receiption were as unhelpful as they could be. Kept asking me to contact agoga and get their references number. Anyways, once that was sorted out rest was perfect. The relationship manager was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to Haram gate 338, 339.

Amazed to see renovation and i have no doubt in writing it’s one of the best when it comes for stay in Madina esp. for families. One of the best breakfast and rest everything was simply awesome. I pray they and all visitors may maintain it’s beauty and standard forever.

“A very clean hotel and very close to masjid Nabawi and Women entrance”
It is a very beautiful and clean hotel ,note that the hotel name is actually Dar al Eiman Al haram which might confuse you at first as the name is not right on Agoda. Upon entering , the receptionist was a little bit rude and did not help to assist with my check in. She was asking for Agoda confirmation number and i showed it to her and she said no it is not it. She said go and contact agoda without any further help. thus i had to sit down somewhere and look for the booking to find the right information. They were actually looking for another ID on agoda and not the confirmation number and then i gave her both numbers and she was able to finally see the number. I guess it is not nice to be like this to guest and rather show some empathy and help the guest to find the booking information instead of being like this. Otherwise , we got the room ready once we arrived, a beautiul room which was kind of nice. the bathroom was also great just water was splashing everywhere while you are having a bath which they may need to figure out in the future. you also have a string to hang your clothes if required. you get water bottles and coffee and stuff to help you make tea and coffee if required , even a bowl of fruits. The lights are also very cosy in the hotel room and through the window you get a glimpse of masjid of nabawi. The buffet is nice but it is quite repetitive and does not havea lot of stuff which you may wish for , like for example in other hotels. For chicken you may only get stuff like chicken nuggets , you get a good veriety of pastries though , egg station, waffles, but in terms of like curry and stuff , it is quite limited. The staff are also nice and help you to bring your luggage to your room and stuff. Overall it is a very good hotel to stay as it is clean and well entertained. Just the little bits need to improve in terms of receptionist empathy to help non arab speakers as well as the buffet needs a bit of a change everyday.
