Between distance from Haram, no up/down hills, quality, and price; I believe it was the best value of money. Staff also are very nice, front desk and housekeeping

The room was too small. No electric kettle. With young kids not recommended. Awaited 40min to check-in. While booking I requested 4 beds for 2 adults & 2 kids. Unfortunately, 3 beds room provided.

For the price not much to complaine. Stay for six days for umrah. The location is about 15mins walk to Masjdil Haram. A lot of takeaway and restaurants along the road. The price of food is cheap compare to zam zam tower and safwa tower food court. The hotel is clean and staff are welcoming. The only compaline are the room is small and during my six days stay at the hotel the cleaning staff nevar ever clean my room.

We stay at this hotel for 6 days. We requsted for iron and hair drayer bot not avialable. No electric water kettel in the room. 6 days we stay at the hotel the staff never makeup the room only chage towel and throw rubbish. THE HOTEL NOT FAR FROM HARAM ABOUT 15 MINS WALK.

Nice clean hotel with small sized rooms. Reception staff is helpful. Nice budget hotel in a 10 minute to masjid al haram.

The hotel was very close to Harem, I would say about 7 minutes walk. The only issue is Wifi only works in reception area and that's it, but for me it wasn't a big deal I went there to worship and not to browse internet and chat to people/family.

I submitted request early check in but property front desk person's didn't care about it. I reached at hotel 3:00 am morning. Finnaly i got room 12:00 pm noon.

Above average hotel in 3 Star category, Not so far from Haram 500/550 meter distance. Rooms are not too big but comfortable.

Pros: Location is ok considering room rates. Less than 10 minute walk to Kaaba premises. Liked the kitchen sink and mini stove facilities in the common space, Various restaurants and shops nearby. Cons Toilet was a bit smaller Overall: Great option as a budget hotel.

The level of cleanliness was very low. Towels and some accessories were not provided initially. Telephone line was not working. Wifi was not working in the room. Bathroom was too small to have a shower comfortably. The behavior of staff especially one Benglashi person was very rude inappropriate. The booking+payment was done 3 hours before arrival but staff at reception was not having that information. They rudely told me to go to their other hotel, meet with their manager and bring the booking confirmation. I had to go but this policy of Dar Al Aiman is very disappointing.

“So bad experience Hotel not exist with declared name”
First time I book for hotel and did not even find it Hotel name changed without notify gusts!!!!!! Spend couple of hours to find it Very bad and dirty room Non professional staff If less than one star availble, I would put it.
