We asked two days They can’t provide towels and staff speaking Arabic and Hindi only no English and they don’t have any knowledge Abha visiting spots , no greetings this hotel should be a 0 star only

We came from Riyadh expecting a smooth check-in, but unfortunately this hotel added more stress to an already long day. Our original hotel had a booking issue, so we found this one on Agoda, thinking it would be more convenient since it’s near our event. When we arrived at 8:00 AM, we were tired but hopeful. First, they gave us a two-room setup, but the AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms. We were then transferred to another room — and that’s where things got worse. This new room was located right beside the hotel’s housekeeping storage area. We were surrounded by dirty laundry piles, unwashed foams, and the strong smell of cleaning chemicals. It did not feel like a guest room at all — more like a supply closet. There was no microwave, no water heater, and even the sockets didn’t work properly. I politely asked one of the staff if they could at least bring a water heater, and he said yes — but no one ever brought it. After a long, exhausting morning, it was disappointing to still be dealing with this by 11:00 AM. The room lacked basic cleanliness and comfort, and the service was unresponsive. I don’t recommend this hotel based on our experience. Hopefully management takes this seriously and improves both service and room standards.

No sala, just two rooms inside near the housekeeping stocks with there linens and cleaning materials. No microwave no heater for water. The socket are not even working for us to charge our ohones
