私たちは、以前のアナンタラ、現在のヴィクトリアゴルフリゾートビラモウラでの素晴らしい滞在から戻ったばかりです。ホテルの中で最も素晴らしかったのはスタッフです。出会ったチームのメンバーは皆、本当に親切で超助けになりました - 現在では珍しい宝石のようです！部屋は素敵で、プールエリアは美しく、朝食エリアも素晴らしかったです。私たちは間違いなく再訪します。

The Anatra Vilamoura Resort was a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the amenities like the pool are top notch. It had a more relaxed vibe and was fairly quiet. We stayed as a couple but there were plenty of families also enjoying their time there. Don't miss out on the breakfast buffet, which was SO good everyday. We ate dinner one night at the the buffet and it was Asian themed. Great food, but a little pricey at 45 Euro/person. They also have a free shuttle down to the marina (drops you off at the Tivoli) so you can go down to the other restaurants or get a reservation for a sun bed at PuroBeach.

Good rooms, good breakfast. Not much around the area in walking distance so would suggest having a car, however be very very careful when letting the valet at the hotel park it!! Huge scratch on the rear bumper after they parked it!! Total denial from them saying it was there before, it wasn’t!

Everything in our short stay was fantastic the staff even without us saying anything noticed from our daughters passport it was her birthday and in our room they put a birthday cake and some sparkling wine I would go back anytime.

Myself and a friend took ourselves to Portugal for a weekend visit to relax and unwind. We had an exceptional stay at Tivoli Victoria and could not find one single fault with the hotel. The staff were so attentive and could not do enough for us. The breakfast buffet was to such a high standard that we simply could not ask for more and we used the spa which was amazing (my friend had a Balinese massage that she really loved). We didn't get to use the pool we we visited during winter season but we have already said we'll 100% come back again in the summer. We also liked the location as it was just out of the centre but only a 10 minute journey anywhere. I should also mention that the rooms are very spacious (rainfall shower and nespresso machine!). I lived in Asia for 4 years so I'm quite spoilt when it comes to hotel standard and value for money. The Banyan Tree is an amazing spa in Asia so to have a slice of it in Europe is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel and we'll 100% be returning.

Ongemakkelijke ontvangst. Opgewacht door 3 man personeel, de gehele receptie/ hal was leeg. Het voelde erg zakelijk. Kamer had geen sfeer, het bed was ingezakt en ik vraag me af of er bedbugs in het bed zaten. Ik heb de gehele nacht jeuk gehad. Zwembad was prachtig en ontbijt zeer uitgebreid goed.

“悪いサービス”
ポルトガルへの旅行で最後の瞬間にここに泊まりました。 正直なところ、5つ星ホテルにしてはサービスが期待外れでした。到着時に温かい歓迎もなく、ハウスキーピング以外のスタッフはほとんどあなたを認識してくれませんでした。フロントデスクや他のスタッフ？ほとんど無視されました。 プールの周りでは、水のボトルが€6、さらに7.5%のサービス料がかかります。馬鹿げています。他の適切な5つ星ホテルでは、座った瞬間に水を持ってきてくれ、すぐに注文を確認してくれるものです。ここでは、一人のスタッフを見つけるまでに1時間以上待たされることもあります。そして、タオルカードをチェックアウト時に返却しなかった場合、€20の罰金もあります。本当に？ さらに、ファイルに保管したい場合は、カードに€400のホールドがかかります。私が泊まったほとんどのホテルでは、最大でも€150しかホールドしません。 部屋に問題があり報告しましたが、4日後になっても修理されず、更新もフォローアップもありませんでした。 ホテルのバー？まったく閑散としていて雰囲気もありません。夏の真っ只中に10時に閉まります。 チェックアウトも面倒でした。誰かが裏から出てくるまで「こんにちは」と何度も叫ばなければなりませんでした。「滞在はいかがでしたか」、「何か改善できることはありましたか」といった言葉も全くなし。 朝食は、良くて平均レベルでした。そして、屋外のテーブルにはありがたくさんいました。5つ星ホテルでは期待できないことです。 ホテルの一番の良い点は？無料のシャトルバス。それだけです。 文句を言っているように聞こえるかもしれませんが、このホテルは私が以前に経験した幸運な5つ星サービスからは程遠いものでした。
