そこに2泊しましたが、安くて清潔で、必要なものがすべて揃っていました。ベッドは快適で、枕は新しかったです。贅沢は期待しないでくださいが、短期間の滞在には問題ありません。

部屋自体のアイテム（ベッド）は清潔でした。しかし、部屋には蚊、クモ、ゴキブリがたくさんいて、私がそれを殺さなければなりませんでした。その後、寝室は大丈夫になりました。トイレにも蚊がいました。場所的には、近所の雰囲気が感じられて良かったです。

これは老朽化し、不潔な場所で、スタッフは非常に無礼で役に立ちません。 マットレスはセメントのように硬く、枕もあまり良くありません。 シャワーはただのぽたぽたで、トイレはうまく流れず、便や尿の悪臭が漂っています。 古いファンは一晩中ひどい音を立てます。 非常に、非常に見つけにくく、おそらくそれには良い理由があります！

The staff, ate nene is very accomodating. She helped me alot. There are just some things that needs improvement 1. Broken Door Locks. 2. No signage that the place is Casa Montemar Express 3. Aircon needs cleaning. Also need to remove spider webs in cr.

very affordable to stay in this place i can totally recommend to other because of the cheapest accomodation so far here in cOron and also very friendly staff we really greatfull to you guys for your assistant on us thanks ones again☺

Ate Nini( staff) was really helpful. She provides and helps us with out travel and room service. If you're travelling, we recommend the aircon room which is a ton better than the fan room. The bathroom is ok but the water pressure is pretty weak. The outside of the place might look weird but the aircon room is okay and home-y.

We are in our 5th month of travelling Southeast Asia on a back packers budget and is by far the worst “hotel” we have stayed in. First of all, the tuk tuk took us to the original casa montemar, but after trying to check in he explained we are actually staying in the casa montemar express ( false advertising as it isn’t on the photos you see on agoda! ) which is just out of town. The road/ally it’s located on is disgusting, very loud, full of locals. Full of barking dogs and cockerels, which make a lot of noise ALL night long. We had about 2 hours sleep both nights because of this. The room itself is very dirty, the bed linen was definitely not clean on arrival, there is a panel missing in the window so you can hear absolutely everything 24/7. The shared bathroom is absolutely disgraceful as well, no toilet seats, dog poo on the floor in the men’s toilet, the same bit of tissue on the floor from the day we arrived to the day we left so the cleaners are non existent which you can tell by looking at the sink. The showers are powerful but filthy. Full of ants. The whole place is filthy, AVOID THIS HOTEL!!! No bins in the room, only on the communal area, which again they weren’t emptied the whole time we stayed. I don’t know how they can class this as a hotel. Awful ( and we have stayed in some bad places! )

Room and staff were great but toliet facilities were poor. 3 out of 5 cubicles were marked as temporarily out of service for the 5 days we stayed there. Short walk to town. Can be noisy from the street.

The casa montemar express is quite nice, close to everything. the place is clean and suitable for everyone with many choices, Internet except for the peack hours working much better than others hotels. u can find here nice tours and rent a motorbike for one of the best prices around.

the location is near local houses quite busy on daytime. the room is satisfactory. most of the time, no staff in the front desk. when you book in agoda, it cost like 400 pesos, but when you asked the staff in-charge it cost 600.. i'm not sure why the price is inconsistent and has too much difference. for solo travelers only and travelers who are not choosy

Arrived at this awfully creepy looking place that lacks any kind of signage after an 8 hour island hopping tour. Waited 45 minutes - no receptionist or anyone working at this place to enable us to check in. Contacted the owner for a refund and will not respond to my messages and consequently had to check in to another hotel due to this utterly poor disgrace of a venue. SAVE YOUR MONEY this place is an absolute scam and is located in a filthy alleyway. You’ve been warned!!!!

noisy neighborhood nothing to do with this because of location, super hot during day time, bad amenities but reasonable when your a budget traveler , this is the most common reaction but the thing is when you talk about the amount that you paid is really reasonable and safe inside of the inn. for the owner please do something about your accommodation your place is really nice but you need to consider the guest needs.

I decided I was going to "rough it" a little bit and book a super low-budget room, no A/C, etc. Didn't realize what I was getting myself into. Could barely sleep the first night because of the heat, but slept okay the second night just because I had barely slept the night before. There was a rooster crowing beginning at about 4AM directly outside my window, and no chance of going back to sleep after it started (which is about non-stop for the next 2 hours or so).

Lovely staff but unfortunately wouldn’t stay here a second night. Although the room was spacious, had an ensuite and offered both a fan and air conditioning, there were many downsides. The room was dark and sparse so there was nowhere to really put your things. There wasn’t a proper window, only glass shutters, so we heard everything from the neighbourhood throughout the night. There was only cold water and no sink in the tiny bathroom, meaning you basically had to shower every time you wanted to wash your hands or brush your teeth! For the price, we found a cheaper room elsewhere which was perfect for us. Then place didn’t have a good feel to it. It’s a shame as it looked so promising from the outside, think it’s in need of some renovations as it could be lovely!
