The side door is broken - i asked to be fix, they say just bear with it - sacrificing my safety. The Aircon is dripping near the power source, they say use the fan instead - sacrificing my comfort. The shower comes from the bottom tap, and no heater, the water is cold - sacrificing my health. The TV is intermittent and the Wifi password is not made available, and worst, the telephone is spoiled - sacrificing my safety to go downstair to make a call late at night with no connections to internet. The walkway is dirty and smelly to the lift and there is only 1 lift serviceable to access to the 20+ floors.. Met another guest in the lift - he too complaint. This is the worst - unless there is really no choice - due to APEC Convention Full house all places - i will never return to stay here anymore.

Service was really slow. The elevators to hotel and residential suites were confusing. The price for food and beverage were just too pricey. It mentioned of available carport but no mention of paying for the spot (Totally disappointed). The service was really slow. Not enough towels. On advertisement it says 60SM, it was only about 36SM or so. Not what you would expect from what is advertised. I don't expect to re-book here anymore.

It was at the perfect place in BGC walking distance to High street, Central Square and if you're into some serious walking you can go by foot to Serendra, Market Market and SM Aura. The only problem with the apartment is that it's on the Residential units and check-in will be done thru the security at the lobby which will take a bit more than the usual check-in process. The unit has a window AC which is not enough to cool down the entire room and if your used to Air conditioning, then this is a serious matter. The AC also has some drainage problem so the water is leaking inside the room but apart from this the room is huge for a twin sharing with cookery and fridge which is perfect if you wanna stay for a few days. I hope they do something with the airconditioning.

“no towels provided”
no towels were provided...we were calling the incharge but shes out of duty after 8pm and be back at 8am...it is a condo unit that post at agoda...think you should be clear with the customer service that will be provided.
