料金の割には快適でした。朝食ないのが少し嫌でした。近くのセブンイレブンで購入しました。

３ベッドルームでとても広かったし、景観も素敵でした。ただ、朝食込みだったのに、入っておらず、夜、フロントで聞いてみると、お菓子を食べながらの対応。女性が翌朝６時に電話で対応すると言っていたのに、かかってこず。結局７：３０にデリバリーの弁当が家族６つ分届きました。せっかくのすてきなところが、１つのミスで台無しに。もったいなあと思いました。

見た目は豪華で綺麗でしたが部屋に入ると微妙でした。 スタッフの対応もイマイチでした。

3人での宿泊１ルーム３ベットルーム前回2017/11からリニューアルされていた。とてもリビングルームが広くて快適。 次回も宿泊を予定 渋滞が難 フイリピンは仕方ないか 第一ターミナルへの高速道路も完成して第一ターミナルへは時間が短縮された。

ショッピングモールが近くて、夜は安全に食事に行くことができた。 シャワーの排水が詰まっていて、オーバーフローするとこだった。 インスタントコーヒーがあって飲もうとしたが、スプーンなどのカトラリーがなくて、とても不便だった。

何から書こうか笑 悪かった所。 重機の音が24時間する。マジで24時間。隣のコンド、そして目の前の道を一本挟んだ工事現場からは24h何かを破砕する音が休まず聞こえてきた。(多分こっちの現場からが殆どかな) 夜中の3時とか4時に聞こえてきた時は耳を疑った。マジうるさい！ 次。リビングのテレビ前に1.5人用と2人用の硬いリラックス出来ないソファがL字に置いてあるがローテーブルが無いため飲み物直置き。サイドテーブルなんてもんもありゃしない。ソファの座り心地が悪いから直に座ろうともカーペットすら無い為、尻が痛いから致し方なく椅子に座る。 次。リビングの居心地が悪い為ベッドルームに行くもベッドルームにテレビ無し。おまけに安物ベッドで寝心地最悪。翌日泊まった3星のベッド以下。 次。トイレにガンタイプウォシュレットが備わってない。5星ですよね？ここ。 次。洗面台に蟻さん。 次。シャワールームにシャンプーと石鹸置くスペース無し。 次。6基あるエレベーターの内、2基は高層階専用なんで実質4基。 次。チェックアウトに時間かかり過ぎ。俺だけに何分かかってるの？ 次。何気にメインの通りから離れてる。 次。セーフティボックスあるが使い方がマジで分からない。一般的なのとは全く違うタイプ。 家具に関しては一定の家具があれば貸し出せるのかも。だから同じデラックスでもベッドルームにきちんとテレビが置いてあり、リビングにローテーブル、カーペットも敷いてある部屋もあるかと。 良かった点。 入り口出てすぐにセブンイレブン。 新しい為内装はまぁまぁ綺麗。 スタッフは皆親切。 wifi早い。 エントランスだけはきらびやか。 調理器具に関して鍋類は揃ってた。 包丁、オタマ等はもちろん無し。 他の部屋のレビューが見たいから誰か泊まって書いて頂きたい！ ちなみに27階でした。

poor service from staff, rooms are small, no bidet, pictures are totally different in actual

First time to visit Manila and picked this place at random. Isn't the best placed as getting in and out of the district during busy times can take ages - less a criticism of the place and more a comment on Manila traffic. Place is spotlessly clean and staff were falling over themselves to help, only downside is there's no restaurant, so you have to go out for breakfast - excellent coffee bar round the corner from the lobby though, which helps. Wouldn't stay again, would probably look for a hotel nearer the waterfront or out of metro Manila.

Good for one night or if you are a solo traveller. Shower screen was broken, stain on the bedsheets, floor was dusty. Location is good but for a little bit more you can stay at a real hotel at a better location

Room was too small for the price. The receptionist had a hard time looking for the keys. Cleanliness is not much too, we also hope noise free room.

This was a last minute thing, I wanted somewhere in Makati's centre, and this was available, and I made a good choice, nice room, comfortable bed, good staff, all in all, a good choice by me

If you are allergy sensitive, you may not like it here. Couldn't stay in my room without having allergy attacks. Almost a week later and still congested. You don't get the room with the view they show you and there no such think as a Queen suite. No Queen beds in any room. The mall is 2 blocks away easy to get to.
