I picket this hotel for its fabulous swimming pool my kids love to swim but every day from 9am to 9pm it shut to hotel guests and hired out to a private function You couldn't even use it before 9am as it was being cleaned and my kids were asleep by 9pm no wifi either

A-OK stay with fam. Some facilities needs improvement and renovation. No in-room wifi but the place is windy and relaxing.

Pros: Spacious, clean rooms, windy and relaxing. Cons: No in-room wifi, A/C is kinda old so it may take some time for the room to become cold. The pool's not that clean. Waited a long time for them to finish cleaning the pool so we can swim in the morning.

we booked overnight but decided to leave the same night. The room is just a room. No TV. no hot shower. No bath towels. no bottled water. Good points- ordered food was great.

No television, wifi access despite the fact that the resort goes to sleep at 10pm. Better bring something to entertain yourselves. Make sure to bring your own food or you may end up ordering something to eat in the middle of the night.

No food late night. Pool the day after cannot be used early morning. They were cleaning it late 7 AM. This was just our time supposedly to swim and enjoy the pool. No breakfast included, no TV on the their economy rooms. Price change, not value for money.

pool needs brushing... overpriced goods.. quite far from stores u need to ride in and out of the resort... no tv and aircon doesn't work.. :(

Car needed to get in and out of the village, too many mosquitoes inside the room. Food in restaurant was a problem and staff, though kind, assume too much on the part of the customer. Must improve training in customer service.

First, this place is in the middle of nowhere. The room was clean but no TV, fridge or Wi-Fi service ( wi-fi only in their small lobby ). The bed was rock hard. . They offered nothing in the way of food or drinks so you have to drive several kilometers to find something . I had to leave early so I can find someplace else to get a good nights sleep and decent amenities

We really enjoyed our stay in Prima Resort. It's very private and peaceful. The location is easy to find and accessible The staffs are accommodating that's why you feel welcome and special. The rooms are simple that makes it more relaxing. We will probably back soon because we want to try their restaurant because it was closed when we visited there.

It was a little weird at the beginning because the place is kinda in the middle of nowhere, but once you get into the resort, it's actually quite a quaint and nice place that can accomodate a large group of people. The pool was not very clean but the surroundings within the resort were really nice and surprisingly good. We enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back in the future.

“Simple and not crowded place”
We really enjoy our group staycation here. Staffs are nice but you need to buy your food outside. But they are willing to call for delivery and the subdivision is near in Shakey's and SM Southmall.
