Fallen breadcrumbs 🥐🥨, chips, and spilled drinks 🍹🍾🧃 are the best attractants for pests. 📌 Properly store food inside the fridge or in plastic bags. Fruits and other smelly foods attract pests. 📌 We have sealed all holes, cracks, crevices, and door gaps, as they serve as entry points for pests such as ants 🐜, cockroaches 🪳, and flies 🪰. However, some parts of the unit cannot be sealed, including the drainage. 🚪 Please kindly close the door immediately; don’t leave it open. 🔓 As SMDC has a weekly pesticide schedule, other pests might enter from other units. 🗑️ Please empty and dispose of garbage regularly. ♻️ The main garbage area is near the elevator. 🧹 We have provided cleaning materials, insect sprays, 🧼 hand soaps, and 🧽 dish soap. Please use them as necessary. 📌 We clean and disinfect our units after each guest booking. However, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper waste disposal during their stay. ⚠️ Placing garbage bags outside the units and/or in the common areas of the building is strictly prohibited.
