Well, you get what you paid for. The place is super cheap so don’t expect anything fancy. Even if the room was so small at least there is a private bathroom. Only 1 towel is given and no complimentary soap, toothpaste and shampoo so make sure to bring your own.

The CR size was unimaginable. Only good if you'd get to sleep a few hours, but not recommended for a long term stay.

The area is a bit old, not too clean and warm. The signal is too weak. They have no wifi. Cheap but not too worth it.

the rooms smell moldy. actual molds on the room that is in the basement. when we woke up, we had insect bites on the arms and knee to foot area. we don't know if mosquito or bed bugs caused it.

I booked a room good for two for one night here it was very cheap but upon arrival, I realized that the savings are so not worth it. Expect next-to-zero customer service. A grumpy receptionist will greet you. Dirty laundry and garbage bins are scattered along the hallway the building leaks. Literally, there was water on the floor from the first floor to the third floor even inside our room when we came back. The room was tiny and the aircon was so loud you'll have difficulty sleeping. No garbage can and faucet in the CR doesn't work at all.

The ad for a medium room that should have 2 beds is actually just one single bed. They asked me for additional payment even after i showed them that the ad specifically states 2 beds. They claim that they have a smoking area, since davao is very strict with it, but they will only ask you to smoke at the front of the lobby and hide if there are enforcers passing by. Total waste of money.

Although it has aircon and toilet inside the room,I think it was the worst! First night, I had bites in my arms from bugs. I hate that there was no floormat inside the room making it wet and slippery since toilet was just located one foot away from the end of the bed. The guy who was incharge in the counter during my last day didn’t even care to help me bring down the things I have. I even asked him to help me bring the boxes of fruits outside but he waited for me to call him for the second time since he was so busy watching tv series or teleserye at noon time.

Slippery floor due to water seepage somewhere, stuffy, unlighted office without aircon or ventilation, no water heater, narrow, steep stairs, a teeny-weeny strip of a gossamer-thin blanket on a tiny bed with thin mattress, uncool aircon.

“Worst of All I have been.”
It's unwelcoming, unfriendly, unclean, and waste of money. Agoda should remove this already from their listing. I saw some comments also here but it seems this is going on for too long already of negative reviews and none have change on years.
