Above a motocycles shop in Velez street. It has recently changed the name. Some taxi-drivers only know it with the former name: X adventures. Friendly staff @ the reception and good WIFI Beware if you have heavy luggage: the dorms are on the 4th and 5th floor without lift. Easy to to go downtown: just hail one of the jeepneys going south (8 pesos). All in all excellent value for money.

this place is terrible the building faces a super noisy traffic street.... you going to hear cars and motorbikes the whole time... IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP there is no hot water the AC has no configuration so either is too cold either makes no effect there is ZERO social atmosphere the location isn't good i hated so much this place since the very first moment i put my step in

Small simple accomodation. Room was clean and cold. They provide towels, shampoo, soap, and tissue paper. The nice woman at the front desk let me check in an hour before check in time which was very nice. Little further from the main areas but you can catch a Jeepney to Fuente or walk for about 1.8 km. There are foodplaces and a little Parkmall nearby. You can hear people in the hallway, and maybe they can hear you but otherwise the place was serene. Good value for money.

A liitle bit pricey but i can still comeback... Nicel location and people. They will answer all queries on how to get there on tourist spots nearby like taoist temple, temple of leah, sirao flower gardens, and tops lookout. Two well known fastfoods and banks are located near to this property plus market where u can buy lechon per kilo...

Okay for one night. I don't know if this is a dorm or what. It's so noisy at the lobby. Good thing I just stayed there for less than 12h. I suggest you get the dorm type. Private rooms are not worth it for its price.

The place was good, you get the value of what you pay for. Near market, jollibee, banks, chowking, etc. Easy find as well in grab app. The staff are accommodating too, they have a free phone that I was able to use. The lobby area looks like home. We have a queen size bed which my daughter love about and the aircon was working pretty well. Looking forward on some improvement of your rooms most specially the cr, hope there's a hot water'heater since we have a kid with us. Kudos! Thank you for accommodating us 🌈💗

Pro: ac, not too far from the sights like taoist temple and temple of Leah Cons: old sheets, no sitting thing in the toilet... staff was rude after I asked to have breakfast as it was included in the booking but they said no and that was it. I got locked in the room not sure if it was because of the locker or if someone really locked me in. I had to call the reception to ask someone come to open me. At the beginning I even thought to stay one more night but even for that was very hard and they told me all the time to come later so I just decided to go somewhere else better in the end and it was a good choice. There are many other better places where to stay for the same price.

“ちゃんとしたホテル”
昔なつかしいような、どちらかといえば、バックパッカー向けのホステルだが、レセプションの対応はちゃんとしているし、スタッフたちは親切で気のいい連中で、値段と内容を考えれば悪くないと思う。
