高台にあり周りにはコンビニなどは有りませんがスタッフの対応は申し分ありません。 今回、初日に携帯電話を紛失してしまうトラブルが起きましたが、日本語ができるスタッフ エニーさんが警察まで付き添い被害届のサポートをしてくれました。 大変助かりました。 トラブルの時に親身になってくれるスタッフ、それに対して了承してくれる上司など 感謝しきりでした。 朝食は値段の割には良いです。 プールも子供用もあり、楽しめると思います。 レストランも美味しいです。 ホテルの周りにいくつか非常に美味しいレストランと コスパ高い景色が良いレストランがあります。 ショッピングモールもタクシーで2、3分のとこにあります。

着いた日に突然具合が悪くなり、救急救命室に行きました。看護婦さんが一緒についてきてくれて、優しく心遣いしていただきました。本当に困った時にこのホテルの方たちに親切にされてとても身に染みました。ラウンジでチェックインもチェックアウトもできたし、カウントダウンパーティーも楽しかったです。日本語がしゃべれる優しいErnieさん、マネージャーのMichela さん。看護婦さん達。また再会したいと思える滞在でした

ホテルの立地は良かったのですが、用件をリクエストしても時間がかかりすぎたり、ひどい時は、忘れられていたこともありました。 ホテルのレストランでは、カトラリーを包むナプキンには口べ縫いが付いていたり、シミがついていました。

コンチネンタルクラブルームを予約しましたが、残念ながら違う部屋に案内されました。非常に残念です。
Dear Tsubota, we are very sorry to see that you did not like the room, even it's newly renovated. Unfortunate while we changed everything in the rooms starting from carpet to the curtain, the room size is something we are not changing. If this room is to small for you we suggest to upgrade next time to a Suite to have more space. We hope to be able to welcome you back again . Best regards, Brian Connelly General Manager
