HOUSE MANUAL AND RULES 1. House Rules Please make sure to follow the rules to avoid any trouble and extra charges. Do not take the room key with you. Please place it in the area where the key was originally found (mail box). In a case of the loss of the room key, you will be charged the replacement cost of Php500.00 No pets No extra guest or parties No drugs No Smoking (If you would like to smoke please go to lagoon area) Do not play any musical instruments Do not throw anything in the toilet bowl. Please cooperate Keep the room clean Keep quiet after 10 pm To be careful with flammable objects and the use of fire. The username and password of the wifi is at the back of the wifi modem. 2. Housekeeping Towels We provide one towel per guest total of 2 towels upon check-in. Free Cleaning We provide free cleaning for those guest who will stay for long term. 1 month Rental -1 time free cleaning Trash Every floor has a Garbage room located in front of the exit door. 3. Check-in/Check-out Check-in time 15:00 Follow the check-in instructions to enter the room. Early check-in isn’t allowed. Check-out time 12:00 That is also when the cleaning staff comes in to clean the room for the next guest. •Please lock the door when you leave and return the key to the place it was originally found (mail box). •Late check-out isn’t allowed. Please check-out by the time stated above. 4. Extra Charges Extra charges will be applied in case of the following: •Violation of any of the house rules. •Damage to the room or furniture’s. •Removing furniture or any item in the room. •Stealing items in the room or in the building. •Losing the room key or guest left the key inside the room we charge Php 1,000.00 •Staring beyond check-out time without consulting us in advance.
