The staffs were very accomodating and helpful, the room is small yet very clean. The only concerns were: 1. Poor mobile signal - globe and suncellular. No wifi so mobile data in useless as well. 2. Swimming pool is not lit when used during night time. The cottages are not on its location as shown on the picture.

specifically requested for rooms near the elevator because I have a senior citizen and PWD but still they placed us not only far but the farthest from the elevator. the person in the reception when we arrived was not very accommodating. didn't even smile.

Functional, very clean rooms. Front desk is efficient and quick to resolve any issues. There is a pretty nice pool which is pretty empty most of the time. Housekeeping is thorough and breakfast comes on time. Limited TV channels, but then again one doesn't stay here to watch TV. Only con is that there is no Wifi in the rooms, which is terribly inconvenient. Would recommend.

Good place to rest and sleep if you’re attending an event nearby. Beds, pillows, and comforters are so comfortable! The rooms are very clean! Lighting fixtures make the room feel cozy. Just be sure to bring a toothbrush and toothpaste. They provide towels, shampoo, soap and tissue.

Booked and stayed 4 nights in november 2019... Room was ok.. No restuarant... Breakfast poor quality.. Room cleaned once in 4 days.. Towels changed once in 4days.

If you are looking for a basic hotel where you can just sleep and rest for a bit then I can recommend this hotel. Simple yet clean hotel.

Not sure how they are allowed to call this a hotel. It’s a condo space they rent out. It smelled moldy, there were no toothbrushes (they ran out) and the frontdesk is littered w construction worker looking dudes texting with their feet up. Spend the extra 1000 and go to Microtel (nearest).

I like the place. Overall it is really good. The only not quite satisfactory is the front desk staff in the morning. She was missing when we were about to ask about breakfast. It took a while before she can return to her post because she was outside in the coffee shop. Nevertheless, everything was great.

I made a reservation for a premier room but we were billeted in a deluxe room (Room 115). When we asked the front desk about it, we were told it is the premier room but when we checked the hotel's website, the room we were assigned to is the same profile picture used for the deluxe room. Nevertheless, the children enjoyed the pool facilities and the utility staff were accommodating.

Small but very clean and cozy rooms. A couple of desks to do some work. Cool, quiet and surrounded by greens. Higher elevation than the Microtel down the road. Also much cheaper. Free parking. A beautiful church just 100m away. A couple of very good mom & pop cafes at the ground floor and an idyllic Coffee Bean just 1km away. In a great neighborhood (Nuvali). And less than an hour drive away from the city. Please don't tell anyone else about this place.

Too expensive for such type of accommodation , not accessible and the lady on the front desk is not accommodating. We arrived are 1:15pm and she just said check in is 2pm. No issues about it. But i asked if there is something to fill up, i can only do it at 2pm. When we went back at 2:03, she will still have to inform the housekeeping, when she gave me the key, i re-confirm if the room has queen size because i particularly requested it. She has to recheck the booking, then change room. If she is very strict of 2PM and obviusly idle on that day, she could have done her job well and we get our room at 2PM.

It was a simple room that was well cleaned and had a fridge, sink, microwave and kettle. Staff were great and the facility was what you might expect in a condo building. Breakfast was good though it started at 8:00 and it was Turkish food. A bit strange but it was pretty decent. Parking was easy but the cost was 100 Peso. Overall it was a good place for a decent price. I would stay again.

nice room, great bathroom... has a parking lot for your car but you are required to pay P100. breakfast menu only serves middle eastern cuisine, wishing more options. staff is disinterested on the lobby just texting when we checked in. it is cheap, but does service has to look cheap also?

There’s so many things wrong with this hotel, I don’t know where to begin. First, it took us almost an hour before they could check us in a room. We arrived at 7pm and they said they couldn’t let us in because they were setting up the curtain. When we entered the room, the aircon was not working. Another 30 minutes lost because they needed to replace the aircon. It worked better, but still not cold. It was even colder outside. It gets better the following day. We didn’t have basic toiletries like soap in the toilet. The coffee in the room was sticky and once opened it was hard like candy. I thought we’re in a gag / spoof show that I just wanted to laugh things off! The only thing I find decent was the working shower and typical breakfast. I think those should be standard but people should still know there’s something good with this hotel. We checked out early, around 11am. Everything was cleared in our rooms but they wouldn’t release our security deposit because we haven’t paid our parking fee yet. We didn’t park in the hotel. We parked in the street because they lack parking space in the hotel. We told them twice, one to a staff and another to what I think is their supervisor. Both of them don’t know what to do and kept on asking each and every security guard in the building if we really didn’t park. P100 is actually no big deal if we did park. The thing is, we didn’t park which we kept on telling them whenever the supposed supervisor asks a security guard. I thought that they have redeemed themselves after breakfast and we’ll leave the place with nothing bad to say. But they were all so poorly trained. The housekeeping and electrical staff even wears sloppy clothing. The room rates weren’t really expensive so I guess it’s like what they say, “you get what you pay for.” Still, I don’t think this place doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel until they improve their amenities and customer service.

“A Clean and convenient place”
We took the superior room with twin bed..a quite small room for a family of four (2 adults & 2 toddler) but we still enjoyed our room😊 We have our own microwave, electric pot and ref which was very convenient for us and helpful. There were few choices for breakfast meal but it was delivered every morning to our room😉 The kids enjoyed the swimming pool as well. It’s a nice place to stay and friendly staff. It’s near Nuvali where kids would enjoy to play and go to. Good Job and would gladly recommend to my family and friends.
