I was not able to experience to stay here (thank God), i booked it for my staff, I got 2 rooms, knowing that the facilities were fine based on the pictures shown, but it was disappointing when my staff told me that it was not clean, esp. the bathroom, the other room was also the same bathroom is not clean, it smells awful, and the ceiling fan fell down from the ceiling, my staff were thankful that no one got hurt. the worst thing also was breakfast and drinking water, also my staff told me that they don't change bed sheets. my staff was just happy because of the beach but not the accommodation, they told me it is the worst place in Boracay, not recommendable. I hope that if they will post pictures again they have their facilities repaired and breakfast please...be generous. and mind you this place is so far from the stations, I just hope that they will do something about our complaints.

It's my 5th time of visiting Boracay and my stay at Zoe Mei was awesome. I know some people want to go to Boracay for fun and party but what I like here in this property is that it is quiet, relaxing, has a really nice view of the sea from the verandas and the access to Ilig iligan Beach is awesome. Ilig Iligan beach has no crowds and beautiful. The staff are also very nice! They do their best to assist guests and assist me, specially when I lost my charger. They greet and smile at guests. Wifi at the ground floor is also fast. Super accomodating and nice staff and the best I've encountered so far in Boracay. Price is also very affordable with breakfast. Free shuttle to CityMall. Will go back here if I visit Boracay again!

When i arrived i felt like i could breath, the staff welcomed me i thought i was in the wrong place. Showed me my room and wow so spacious and clean i felt at home. If you are looking for party time you are in the wrong place. The garens and veiw is spectaculare. In my opinion no cons for me. I highly recommend.

When we checked-in, the smell of the room and blanket was awful, no telephone inside the room, no wifi inside the room, they never clean the room everyday and never replaced the towels not unless you will request.
Dear guest Ronal Lien, First of all, Zoe Mei Resort is equipped with internet connections. Unfortunately, in the island there are less good days with this service than is to desired. Second, all Penthouse, Suites, and Junior suites are supposedly equipped with intercom services. However the phone outlet in room mentioned was cut-oof and not noticed until the guest checked-in. This happens sometimes when the previous guest who desired not to be disturbed take the previlige of cutting off communications. And lastly, guests who authorize hotel staff to enter the room give instructions as to when the rooms are to be entered, otherwise, only daily touch up, change of towels and trash pick ups are done to eliminate in and out traffice from staff. Everything was terrible except the driver who has good attitude. The receptionist was rude and not friendly either. The rooms were dirty no hot shower, noisy air conditioner that not working well, the beach was dirty nobody come in there. Too far from everything no shop no restaurants no people. We want to cancel my booking but they don’t allow cancellation so there was no choice to leave this place without my money. Don’t go there you will regret I promise.

Rearding the beach, it is a semi private beach that is why it's not crowded and not to many people go there. Only those who want to stay away from the crowd and wish to enjoy a very quiet and relaxing stay on the beach. The dirt that you saw is a natural phenomenon that surely exist along the shore. This problem regarding the cancellation of booking and refund is unfortunately an ongoing issue of guests who, for whatever reson wants to change accommodations. We strongly suggest reading and understanding the rules stipulated until the booking agents and the resort as well to avoid misgivings. Once again, we apologize for any inconvinience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The place is quite far to the district area but if you want a quiet and solemn vacation this is a good place for you. The food is quite expensive which i think all resort and hotels in Boracay have in common. The facilities is quite old but its clean. All in all we have a good stay!

Hotel is located in the other side of white beach. 30-45 mins travel going to Station 1-3. Very quiet place. They have own beach 3-5 mins walk. Room is big. They have sala and shower has hot and cold. They also have free shuttle service in which i like. Their breakfast is not so good, only bread and few slices of fruit. Hope they improve it. Overall our stay is good. Still recommended for budget traveller.

The hotel was so far out of the way that even our driver-from the bus,boat & minivan kalibo transport package-didn't know where it was!I enjoyed the peaceful setting-it was great to be able get away from noise and crowds of white beach. I loved the private beach, we had it mostly to ourselves. The only let down was the food at the restaurant there. Still,i enjoyed the stay-if i did ever decide to return to boracay, i would stay at Zoe Mei.

never forget - you usually get just what you've paid for, that said, i'm more, than happy with my recent stay in zoe mei. quite beach without algae in water and absence of crowds of people - those are the best things about resort's location. as for the other distinct advantages, i can name only one - great & super friendly staff - but it's really worth returning there again and again. as for the main negatives - the biggest one is the rather remote location from boracay centre - it would take you around 20 minutes ( if you are lucky) to get to a budgetmart. besides, the road to ilig iligan is under construction, so, you'll never forget your first tricycle ride to resort. another thing - room deco is rather spartan, but i was really prepared to see something worse, keeping in mind, how much i've paid for it - luxury resort lovers would probably prefer nearby shangri-la, which costs just 6x higher - strangely enough, i've seen several in zoe mei and they were very dissatisfied.

Upon arrival we discovered this hotel is very far from the other hotels. It has access to its own beach which is not packed like the other boracay beaches.the hotel offers one return shuttle trip with a van. Although there is a schedule, you can call themto collect you at your convenience. The staff are very friendly. I was told this hotel was originally intended to be a retirement home for Dr. legaspi and his wife.. But was converted to a hotel in 2009. If you plan to stay here.. Recommended months are june to october. If you want peaceful seclusion though come in december.

We stayed in October (quiet season), just a few other guests besides us. Resort is very secluded, with a lovely beach. Great for a getaway, if you dont want to be in a busy area. and a good bargain too.

The friendly and helpful staff is the main advantage of this hotel. Hotel manager was able to make adjustments to my reservation when I made a mistake in booking online -- which is cool -- she is just an SMS message away and she'll always promptly reply. THe rest of the staff are friendly and nice as well. As the hotel is far from the White Beach/DMall, free service was offered to me as a complimentary service. This hotel is perfect if you want peace and quiet and be away from the busy White Beach/D'Mall area. If you will be going to Boracay to party out you can still be dropped back and fort to the D'Mall/WhiteBeach, if you are a first time Boracay Visitor and you love the DMall you will find that the hotel's location will be a bit of a disadvantage.
