The resort is beautiful and extremely well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. It is within walking distance to the top of the Taal crater and I would thoroughly recommend the visitor to brave the 1500 steps which descend down through the beautiful tropical hillside to a delightful little community on the shores of the lake. One thing that enamoured me to the resort were the facilities proved for the self catering tourist...Kettles in the rooms plus BBQ areas everywhere with sinks and adequate preparation spaces. Another thing is that the resort shop sells everything at normal prices and that are not 'hiked up' as at most resorts . Two suggestions I would make, would be to improve on the cooked food on offer by the kitchen. This was a bit sparse, basic and disappointing ( thank goodness for the self catering facilities) Another service they could provide would be booking service of transport for foreign tourists needing to return to Manilla airport or a local coach station.

Agoda should impose hassle free payment to customers. Entrance fee is not yet included in the price. If this is compulsory, then this must be included in the package.

I arrived at night and bad surprise because of the work of the street access to private parking and kept is impossible. You have to park your vehicle on a muddy place with lighting and without security. It is stressful especially that I travel in motorcycle. The night watchman offers the really minimal service, having a cup to make a coffee has been quite a story. Other than this annoyance the room is big and clean, there is a kettle but no chairs. There is a small fridge in the room but no glasses either. The air conditioning works very well and silently. Besides it is a very quiet place to rest. Maybe the day is noisier with the entertainment facilities that are numerous and the large pool. The prices are reasonable, I booked through my account on Agoda and I received a good discount. I do not know if it is possible to have breakfast on the spot, I did not have this information. I would have liked to test the pool but paying 250 php for 1/4 of an hour is not for me

Its a great accomodation and experience for this resort. I enjoyed air biking and zip line. We enjoyed the friendliness and the helpful staffs. The staff were mindful of our needs, such a great place. :)

I'll start with GOOD review before BAD feedback for this resort: Tierra Mercedes has a WAVE POOL which is our favorite during our stay and more pools that are safe for kids too. Plenty of lifeguards around each pool, so you don't need to worry about your kids if you happen to enjoy swimming and missed a second to your child. Giant slides for adults, and mini-slides are one of the features to for this water park. We booked with INCLUSION of FREE BREAKFAST good for 6 pax here in AGODA when I was done with the payment for my booking, the confirmation shows NO BREAKFAST INCLUSION.. I ask the hotel when we got there but the staffs told us that it is not their control if the booking confirmation came out that the BREAKFAST was NOT INCLUDED. Cottages are not included too for hotel guest. I suggest that should be included since in-house guest don't stay long for each cottages.500php Too expensive for a 30minutes to 1hour use.

The room was very spacious but the rooms were on high floors. If you have old people with you, it will be difficult for them to climb the steep stairs. The phone inside the room is not working so it will be difficult to ask for assistance. Either you go all the way down to reception or wish that a staff would come up. We paid for 6 heads to use one room but they only gave us 2 bottles of complimentary water. Are six people going to share 2 bottles? How much does the bottle of water cost, roughly P15.00 and they couldn't give 1:1? It's OK for one-time visit but coming back was not likely.

the good: updated room water slides great splash pool for my 3yo daughter the bad: food - portion size was extremely small, and took FOREVER to make. staff was not service oriented construction on the resort made things dirty and noisy

I was there for supposedly a 2 nights stay, but however , I decided to take 1 first and extend to 2 if found to my standard. There was no breakfast given as supposedly advertised in website of Agoda, however no regrets as since place is hidden behind a village towards the hills, we ordered dinner instead. Food was horrible, plate served was too little and very salty. Regret eating there as there was no nearby places we could go and place was inside a village at foothills. Right decision, did not stay additional night .The price also very high for this class , deluxe room , Pesos close to 6k for a 2-3 star rating at most. Not a value for money deal. Mirasol Philippines and Daniel from Malaysia. *Our personal opinions not against anyone for comments.

Yes, i will recomend Tierra Mercedes to my friends, one thing that i noticed that the interconnecting room is that the door between the de luxe and the premier room is so mababa that's why my husband 2x naumpok. but all in all its ok

We had a nice stay at Tierra Mercedes although there was a construction ongoing. We suggest that they renovate their parking space because we had a hard time parking. We also went there but their huge slide wasn't working. The room was clean and spacious. We ate lunch there and the food was good. The staff was also nice. All in all, it was a good stay.

hi just wanna say that the room, the furnitures were full of molds, like literally, its not good for health. the worst part is they said they cleaned it but clearly it wasnt clean. we ended up leaving that place immediately!!! the staffs are even insisting that they cleaned the room and that the molds are normal, that they appear right away.. its not good for the health specially i have kids. waste of money and time

Too expensive for the price of the rooms,place are too far from the shop and very difficult to get a tricycle,staff are slow and always made a mistake by taken an order rooms wasn't ready we arrived 4pm and we have to wait outside.

Good place. Air bike and zip line experience enjoyable for beginners. Nice view. Relaxing. Executive room is spacious. Check the sizes of cottages first before deciding what is suitable for a group. Check food availability early to ensure there will be no problem. Speak to staff or manager for any concerns to be able to resolve things promptly.

“プールとアトラクション以外は、なにもない”
フィリピンにしては、プールとスライダーが大小4つあり、吊り橋ありアトラクションありで充実してました。ただバーベキュー設備が微妙で包丁を借りましたが全く役立たずで、焼き場も網をもっていかないと上手にやけません。 まあ 子供連れで行ったら楽しいかな？
