We would like to remind our guests that the use of kitchen and dining utensils is for free and no extra charge however it is expected that it should be clean as you go... please don't forget to clean the things you use in the kitchen. 2. To avoid pests inside the unit, ensure that when you go out for a day tour/ check out please pack you garbage in a plastic (with proper segregation) 3. Strictly, smoking is not allowed. A fine of PhP 2000 will be collected for violating this specific rule. 4. Dont forget to contact me or our staff, they are the ones to assist you during check in.... if you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact your host 09172532988. The host will not entertain any complains raised once checked out. 5. Take note that there is no dedicated parking. PAY PARKING is available at the premises of the building.(Pls inform the host immediately for reservation). 6. Guests to observe silence in the area as it is considered as a residential condo. Violation of this provision reserves the right of the host to terminate your stay even prior your check out time or date with no corresponding refund. 7. Always keep the toilet rugs dry and clean all the time. 8. Keep off your shoes from the beds and couch. 9. Use of drugs or conduct of illegal activities inside the unit is prohibited. The owner reserves the right to report to authorities for violation of this regulation. 10. Throwing hard objects and tissue in the toilet bowl will be charged when it will cause clogging. 11. When you go out of the unit for a long period of time espescially when you go out for a tour, for safety purposes, please ensure to unplug everything like appliances and other electrical devices. In case of fire, if found due to guests' negligence, the concerned guest will be primarily be held liable and shall face legal sanctions. The host, through the court shall demand to pay the value of the unit amounting to 10.5 million pesos. 12. Please be reminded that all damages, lost in any items in the unit and any stains that will be left in the towels, beds and linens has corresponding charges.. Thank you :)
