“何処に行くにも歩いて行ける立地”

ホテル名が日本人に発音出来ないのが難点です。特にこのホテルチェーンの場合は同名で最後の部分だけ変えてるので人に聞いたりタクシーに乗る場合は気を付けなくてはいけません。。

“価格と設備、サービスが合致していた。”

受付から説明までフロントで適切な説明があった。 部屋も清潔で使いやすかったが、出来れば小さなワークデスクがあったほうがよい。 また、証明ももう少し明るいほうが日本人にとっては過ごしやすい。

“Fantastic breakfast, otherwise not fantastic”

CLARION COLLECTION HOTEL FOLKETEATERET has no street door. Its entrace is located inside an arcade, and the entrances to the arcade are locked at night. Can you see how that might be an inconvenience to guests? And are you familiar with how lightly such inconvenience rests upon the collective conscience of the Norwegian service industry? -- I arrived from the airport in the middle of the night with a painful condition, I was standing there in the cold and rain, and the hotel was locked, there was no telephone number posted, and the phone number I found by googling went unanswered. Eventually I got in. This is actually just as much Agoda's fault as the hotel's, because Agoda failed to respond to my phone calls. Agoda does everything it can to avoid having to deal personally with its customers. -- Anyway, the breakfast at this useless hotel is great. Stay somewhere else and come here for breakfast.

abt 7mins walk from central station. good breakfast spread. very near Karl's Johan gate. good location.

loved this hotel, very accommodating staff and comfy rooms, wonderful breakfast, lots of free cakes ,fruit, evening buffet and coffee/tea which helps in expensive oslo. good location - short walk to most things

“Front desk poor”

Disappointed 1. Front desk: no answer phone on several occasions long periods - went down to front desk to enquire, not busy, just not answering...; one front desk personnel bare feet ... arguing between management and cleaning staff visible and audible to customers waiting at front desk... Generally poor service attitude ( except one person who was excellent) Cleaning ladies stood in contrast - very helpful and friendly. 2. Room poorly lit - no plug in sink ( told none were available & generally not used anywhere in Norway! I usually praise - this time some straight feedback - I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not return.

“Great location & value for money F&B”

Kudos...the staff are very friendly and helpful. The coffee bar at the reception makes guest very welcomed, never seen it in any hotels we stayed in so far in many countries. The tea and light evening meal offering are also very good especially in such an expensive city like Oslo.

the hotel was located very close to the train station which made it very convenient for us. the hotel is also close to shopping and eating areas. the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. overall it was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. the free dinner was a great bonus staying in this hotel.

terrible location for the hotel, looks like the inside of a shopping centre, but once inside very modern finish and neat rooms. decor in rooms is nice with good facilities in the bathroom. corridors reminded us of something from a sci-fi film. green lights

“Professional staff with great service”

staff carried themselves very professionally and was very friendly and helpful. the hotel is located within walking distance from oslo s close enough that we can pull our luggages to this hotel. the hotel has a very classy feel and it comes with a generous buffet evening meal which delighted us. the breakfast spread was also much better quality them most of the other hotels we stayed in norway.

“Funky and convenient”

We stayed here for one night and would have liked it to be longer! Very trendy room with a big balcony and very clean. The staff were friendly and the location was very convenient for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Chambre assez petite, peu de lumière, vue sur des murs, chambre près de la climatisation externe, bruit (soufflement fort) pendant toute la nuit, climatisation fonctionnait mal, on avait souvent de l'air glacée qui sortait de la climatisation, déçu de cet hôtel

Godt fornøyd med det meste, bl.a. beligenhet, komfort, service osv. Modernt hotell midt i byen!

“prima stadshotel”

Niet ver van Centraal Station . Modern ingerichte kamers (wel klein) Goed ontbijtbuffet ( wel maar vanaf 7 uur , dus bij vroeg vertrek alleen een verpakte sandwich !) Gratis avondbuffet: is mooi meegenomen .( wel maar tussen 18 en 21 uur )Bij late aankomst geen mogelijkheid meer om te eten )
