ホテル自体は綺麗でしたが立地が良くなかったです。 夜中は暗くて怖かったですし現地の人にも危ないよと言われました。 口コミで立地が良いと書いてあったので期待していた分残念でした。

Actually, I'm satisfied with the location, shower facilities, shampoo and conditioner. But the employees were so unkind. The employee said she would assign a desk and a chair room, but it wasn't ready. And she didn't even want to fix it. It's been a bad time in Saipan these days, and it's been a hotel that doesn't even welcome guests. The hotel didn't have an elevator, so I asked for the second floor. Although there were only two teams staying at the hotel (lately there were no travelers in Saipan because of the coronavirus), they assigned rooms on the top and third floors. With the lie that the second floor rooms are already full. I don't want to go to the hotel again. The I really want the hotel’ manager to train their staff properly. Basically, the hotel staffs don't want to work and they're too lazy.

Worst hotel ever. Amenity must show empty bottles that are used up to give you new ones, and you have to return the used towels. None of the owner's employees are friendly. It's not cheap, but it's the worst service. If you come to Saipan, you'll never come here again. Go to another hotel.

It’s so weired that hotel charged the ‘deposit’ from credit in advance. Normally guest just provide the credit card number for guarantee.
Sorry to make your confuse. But this is different payment way, like prepay.

The day shift front desk girl, Mary, was very nice. The night shift Korean lady, probably the owner, was TERRIBLE! Zero customer service skills. She needs to go to a hotel management training. There were two of us in the room and the shower gel was so tiny so I asked for two more and she flipped! “TWOOOO?? You know how much it cost!?!” She was very rude and unaccommodating. The room itself is beautiful. Very modern! But the bathroom smelled like sewage and there was no hot water in the morning. Our Korean friend said “have to wait! Just wait!” Wait for what! There should always be hot water. I wanted to check out while my sister was finishing up in the room but she wouldn’t let me. She wouldn’t give me back my deposit unless I showed her a receipt. I said don’t YOU have a copy? I’ve just never had this kind of experience at a hotel before. The outside of the hotel and lobby area were very raunchy looking but rooms are nice.

There is a lot of travel spot nearby hotel. I did not have a car but it was no problem. And room condition was good and staff accepted my request. If I visit to Saipan again, I will stay here.

Paradise is a cute boutique hotel with modern ROOM amenities. The location is right across the hospital and central to all attractions. I think the price is a little too much considering there is no additions to the facility like pool or gym. No elevator in the hotel, I don't think it ADA compliant so not good for those who need special accommodations or small children.

very clean and friendly staffs. the room is really big with balcony. Location is near the center area. have car park inside the hotel. The restaurant not open yet.

Nice hotel north of Garapan area, clean rooms, friendly front desk, acceptable WiFi, nice bathroom and shower, the only things wrong per say is the beds tend to move often if hyper or during some “adult” situations sorry and the tv channel selection is low 1 English Channel, 1 korean channel and 4 Chinese channels not much for variety or enjoyment if you like tv.

Hotel is fairly new and close to wherever I needed to go. My only issue was that I booked the room with a circular bed (single bed room) and was not given the correct room. I was placed in a room with two smaller beds. Since the price difference was only a few dollars, I decided not to ask to be moved to the right room, since the hotel has no elevator and I was too tired when I checked in to move my bags.

It's a great place for the price. 5-minutes walking distance to Garapan. If you don't want to rent a car, this is the place you can stay.
