“素晴らしい滞在”

私たちは会議センターにとても感動しました。スタッフは皆、本当に親切で役に立ち、ホテル周辺の雰囲気も素晴らしかったです。フィットネス施設とプールは素晴らしく、一日中サイクリングをした後には特に最高でした。ホテルの場所は私たちにとって完璧で、サイクリングの休暇を楽しんでいましたが、アムステルダムにも簡単にアクセスできました。ここに滞在することを心からお勧めします。

“チューリップ畑”

チューリップ畑に最適な場所です。ホテルの反対側にいくつかあります。レンタル用の自転車もあります。すべて素晴らしく、清潔で快適な部屋、スタッフは親切で、レストランの料理が美味しいです。

朝食は良い、選択肢も十分、ビーチや街まで約20分、短い休暇に良い。

“素晴らしい場所”

部屋はまずまず、車でのアクセスが良い場所で、設備も良いですが、朝食は22ユーロであまりおいしい食べ物ではなく、スタッフは12:05に朝食を急かしますので、可能であればどこか別の場所で朝食を取ることをお勧めします。

ホテルの雰囲気はまあまあでしたが、サービスは私たちが期待したほど良くありませんでした。NHブランドはオランダのホテル業界で大手の一つですから。私の記憶によれば、ホテル業界はホスピタリティ業界と呼ばれていますが、具体的にはこのホテルではそれがあまり感じられませんでした。各セクションの間の調整がプロフェッショナルではなく、冷蔵庫が故障してから新しいものに交換するのに1時間半以上かかりました。それ以外にも、4つ星の大手ブランドホテルのエアコンが夏に動いていないことは想像できません...ひどい体験でした。

“Another memorable stay”

We were welcomed and greeted, our booking was exactly as requested for a disabled person. They were very caring and understanding. There was some delay in getting the room and since we travelled overnight, they were very apologetic and offered us dinner vouchers. Perfect hospitality and we look forward to returning there next year.

“Nice swimming pool”

Nice location near a tulip field. Breakfast could be better for the price. Rooms a bit old. Swimming pool and sauna are very good.

“Fantastic Hotel, Great Value For Money”

My wife and I along with our two young children recently stayed at the hotel on a short break over the UK bank holiday weekend to visit Amsterdam and Keukenhof Gardens. We found the staff to be most courteous and helpful, and the facilities in the hotel were ideal for us. There was plenty of space for the children to run about (and play on the bouncy castle) and the location was perfect for the places we visited. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the quality of the dining but it certainly looked very good. All in all a great value hotel and we will certainly plan to visit again next year.

“Excellent service with friendly staff”

Superb hotel with so much facilities and excellent atmosphere. Breakfast was unreliable as much you can eat with lots of choices. We were treated with respect and the staff were so helpful. the hotel is minutes away from the beach and the Keukenhof Tulip Gardens. I would definitely recommend to stay and I am sure we will return again in near future.

There was a mix up about payment at check in but it was resolved rather quickly. The first person I approached didn't speak english and referred me to his colleague. He was a little rude. Everyone else was very professional and friendly. This is a good location if going to the Keukenhoff.

The hotel facilities are good and room in good condition. The location is more secluded

I stayed there for 2 nights, I had a booking for 2 double rooms (with double beds) the rooms was on the 2 different side of the hotel and our room had 2 single bed. When I asked the reception for a room with a double bed (as we are a couple and we won't sleep in two separate bed on our long weekend) they wasn't polite or helpful don't even apologised. The answer was we fully booked can not do anything. I did ask them if they can change the room for the next day . The answer was I have to ask tomorrow when I did, thay don't even know about my problem .... we had to stay in the room with 2 single bed... - About the breakfast. The first morning the cold buffe was nearly empty at 9am.... The next morning was better. The omlett was really nice. -we couldn't try the swimming pool because the funny opening time.. Alltogether we didn't enjoyed the stay in your hotel but we did enjoyed the stay in Nederland .

“Great place to recover from stress.”

Fantastic hotel with super clean and luxurios rooms. The wide open spaces gives a feeling of a sanctuary. Loved it!!!

“Big hotel”

We checked in pretty late, and the people who were incharged at the reception desk were all trainee, took quit a long time for us to check in. Lobby hotel was big and clean, looks just renovated. they havent renovate the room yet, spacious room, with a great tulps garden view. they had bathtub, and nice comfy bed.

very pleasant stay close to the seaside, Hotel has over 500 rooms but staff tread you very personal and direct (Monique from the reception is great, friendly) We enjoyed the nice swimming pool, breakfast and good night of sleep
