私たちは4月27日にホテルに到着し、滞在を楽しみにしていました。残念ながら、到着してすぐに部屋のエアコンが動いていないことに気づきました。スタッフは迅速に確認に来てくれましたが、問題を解決することができませんでした。迅速な対応には感謝しましたが、特に部屋が暑く湿気がある中、夜に電気ファンだけの提案に失望しました。 その夜は他に選択肢がなかったため、翌日に部屋を変えてもらえると約束されました。しかし、さらに失望したことに、5月1日までの滞在中、私たちはエアコンのない同じ部屋に留まることになりました。最初の懸念が忘れられてしまったように感じ、正直なところ、エアコンのある快適な部屋を期待して支払ったお金の無駄に思えました。

部屋は広々としていましたが、清掃状態は良くありませんでした。両親は虫を見つけ、バスルームもきちんと掃除されていませんでした。さらに、窓は開けられず、家具の一部が壊れていました。 また、私たちの滞在中に部屋は掃除されず、ベッドメイキングすらされませんでした。フロントでタオルを替えるかどうか聞かれましたが、私たちは2泊の滞在のため必要ないと答えましたが、これが掃除が不要だと受け取られ、もちろんそんなことはありませんでした。 対照的に、ホテルの従業員は親切で友好的でした。非常にプロフェッショナルでした。

Although the hotel was located a bit away from the city center of Amsterdam, it’s easily accessible by tram. Also, from the central station, you can enjoy walking through residential areas, business districts, and various shops on your way to the hotel.

最寄りの地下鉄/鉄道駅から非常に長い距離（最小1.5～2km）あります。バスの便は30～40分に1本です。 ホテルは住宅地に囲まれており、あまりホテルやアクティビティは見当たりません。 チューリップ（キューケンホフ）とアムステル公園の訪問者には、ホテルがわずかに近いです。

We are indeed in a residential area, but there is quite some restaurants and bars in the proximity of the hotel. I am sorry to hear we were not able to give you this information during your stay. Currently there is some road construction by the municipality indeed which results in a bit more travel time to the Centre, but you can reach the Dam Square with the right connection in 25 minutes maximum. The road should open in about 2 weeks again, then a bus stop is right in front of our hotel, making the trip easier. Our team is always happy to provide the information to our guests. フロントの対応は大変丁寧で24時間無人ミニショップもあり、朝食は美味しい。ただ1週間で3回カードキーで入れなくなる始末。部屋も寒いですが、次回も利用予定です。ショッピングモールが近くていいですね

１）チェックイン時に、支払い済みのバウチャーを提出したにもかかわらず、きちんとした確認もせず、「未だ支払いはされていない。」と言われ、最終的に、支払い済みである旨判明した後も、それに対する謝罪も説明も何もなかった。又、朝食付き料金であった為、そのことを確認したところ、またもやきちんとした確認もせず、「朝食は別途有料である。」と言われ、上記同様、最終的に、朝食込み料金と判明した後も、何の対応もなかった。 ２）客室内エアコンの使い方自体も分かり難かったのだが、最高温度に設定しても、一晩中寒かった。 ３）朝食内容が、このレベルのホテルにしては種類が少なかった。
