Attentive friendly staff in a great location. Easy to get to anywhere in Amsterdam by foot or tram. Room was small but perfectly laid out for my daughter and I. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Ok location . Close to tram for all sight seeing. Reasonable price . Hard to be cheap in Amsterdam . Room floor very dirty. Sheets ok. A few small flies in room. Worst part... people smoking ... smoke gets in exhaust vent in bathroom then gets in your room. I would try another place next time!

Just horrible place, very noisy, smelly and old. Everything should be destroyed and rebuild. Avoid this place, so manynother hôtels nearby much better. Very expensive and uncomfortable. Don’t go there exept if u like bugs and cockroaches.

The manager was very rude, for check time was 11:00 an we got out at 11:30,he came knocking at the door an told us to get out the room because they need the room to clean this manger was so rude I would never stay their again. I would never recommend this place to stay again

Pros..good location Staff helpful and friendly. Cons ... I know you get what you pay for,but I’ve stayed in better for less..(many times). Got back to room 1st night and it stunk off weed..the bathroom vent must have been alllowing it to travel from another room...had to open the window to get rid of smell.. being on the front of hotel on ground floor, may aswell of slept in the gutter for the night cos of the noise... Didn’t eat at the breakfast offering was 12 euros for continental.. room was smelly Cracked sink which had black dirt in cracks Carpet smelly Didn’t ask for move as we knew hotel was full. Didn’t make a fuss as we didn’t want too ruin a great trip too Amsterdam We spent very little time in the room , but I would not recommend this Hotel...

Easy for access, but the single room is small. I got room in the 4th floor. They have lift, but small.

No fire evacuation notices in room. Awkward stairs to manipulate. Very ordinary place to stay. Give it a miss.

We were here from 31.12.2017 till 02.12.2017 - stayed for New Year Holidays. Minuses: - Cold in the room; - Hotel is not new; - Not comfortable to go with baggage. Pluses: + Good location; + Good district to stay with children; + Price was lowest for that time with the same location.

For the price you pay, you can't expect much from this hotel. There is no mini bar, tea making facility and laundry facility. If you are tourist, just want to spend the night only, then chose this hotel. If you are looking for comfort, look for other better hotels.

OK hotel central in Amsterdam. You get what you pay. Does probably not deserve all three stars, but ok for the reasonable price.

The hotel is simple 3 star hotel in a cosy location.Their is a small restaurants that provide sandwitches in the hotel.The location of the hotel is easily accessible by trams and taxis.The shopping areas and many restaurants are in walking distance to the hotel.

very friendly staff and the hotel represents decent value for money. it is in the sw of amsterdam so if you have a very early morning flight a taxi is about 30 eur and only takes about 20 mins. the rooms and bathrooms are small but perfectly clean and it isn't pretending to be a 5 star hotel. there are lots of places to eat nearby.

La limpieza de la habitación fue nula, Polvo de varios días el las mesitas , debajo de la cama había suciedad de varios meses y lo peor de todo es que nos encontramos bichos e insectos en la cama según estábamos en ella. Vimos un día al amanecer un bicho, y avisamos al hotel y creo que no hicieron nada, y esa misma noche estando en la cama justo para dormirnos empezaron a aparecer unos cuantos bichos por toda la cama, fue una situación escalofriante y horrible
