The room is located not far from Central station, canal cruises, Dam square and all the sights are within easy walking distance. The stairs are near vertical, 4 levels in all with the top 2 being spiral, and not much wider than one person. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues or a dislike of narrow, steep stairs or someone travelling with luggage any bigger than a cabin bag. The room is functional with Wi-Fi and tea/coffee facilities. There is a fridge but it only blows out warm air. After a whole day of being in the fridge our cans of juice came out feeling like they'd been sitting in direct sunlight. Just a couple of minor annoyances - the curtains weren't fitted correctly and we had to stand on the seat to close them over the secondary window covers. The toilet roll holder fell off the wall on first use. Good room overall but compact and disappointing value. Pepe, who managed the room, was very helpful with good communication.

For first, this is just bed, not breakfast, to be clear. It´s appartment in top floor of historic building in Central Amsterdam. Clean, just be ready for difficult access by "old school" dutch stairs, so nothing for bulky luggage or older people. Staff was helpfull.

The address of the property is still not listed at Agoda. It took me 3 hours to finally get somebody on the phone, who knew the location. This is not a bed and breakfast property but a private room.

On est également rester bloqué de 9h le soir à 9h30 le lendemain matin. ils ont du faire venir un serrurier pour remplacer la serrure. Pas de proposition d'indemnisation.

“Great Location and View, room with all accommodations”
The check-in was not easy since the number associated was not correct. Nevertheless, when I got to the location I had several other people trying to check-in and was able to talk with someone who told me to wait for my host in a laundry service shop. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room is on the top floor of a 4-story narrow building with no elevator. It was a very warm, cozy and clean room with a private bathroom and an amazing balcony.
