“MR”

Hotel was good apart from not allowing my son in to see us even though he lives in close by and is fully vaccinated - policy is Residents only in Hotel.

“Disappointed”

I booked a smoking room and what do I get? A "not" smoking room! I booked a double room and what do I get? A twin room! And before I wanted to check out, the cleaning lady just came in without knocking. That's not possible at all!

“Very nice place to take rest but is little far from the public transportation specially in bad weat.”

Was a good place for us specially that we had a car, staff was friendly and helpful, The hotel was clean and good arranged.

“Be careful of the price when you booked through Agoda”

Was told to pay city tax of approximately 60 euros by the hotel counter desk staff even though I told her that the amount has been included into and paid for when booking through Agoda. What an easy way to ask for tips.

Location is around 15-20 mins walk to the train station. Quite place.

“Nice hotel ”

It's a bit far from main area. You have to take bus from central station. Staff is polite and guides you well for transportation in the area. Everything good. Just location a bit far.

It is good experience stay at this hotel. Can said value for money. Good entertainment because at lobby their have pool table

“Small and smoky business hotel”

No reasons to be there except for business in the Amsterdam North neighbourhood. Personal transport indispensable as hotel is far from everything and in house restaurant serves horrible food but with a smile. The rooms and corridors are smoky despite this being a non-smoking hotel. Hundreds of fire-door cut the long corridors in sections and possibly prevent the evacuation of cigarette smell. Generally clean enough and adequate for a night's stay but no more.

for me its a very nice hotel, i got the room good deal for Amsterdam and i expected it was same other hotel that we went like small, ugly shower room, or dirty area but its opposite. It is convenient in the since that getting bus is easy and bus station is just 1 min. walk from hotel. Only thing that concern me was i have to take bus to Central Station & it cost 2.80 euro. I suggest put a sign on the way to the hotel entrance because I followed the big Bastion sign but it was not the way to the entrance and i went round at the back of the road.

“Worth of money”

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is very convenient where you may walk 5 mins to the bus stop. The staff are very friendly and attentive too. Will highly recommend this hotel to you all.

“Need a hotel in Amsterdan Noord”

Needed a hotel to visit my son in Amsterdam Noord. This is about the only one. Centrally located, smallish room, the dining experience was poor. Better have a restaurant outside. The rest was OK, friendly staff, cosy atmosphere.

“Cheap option if you drive”

Not that pleasant. Room not sound proof, overlooking parking lot, only twin configuration. Staff were friendly enough but overall no reason to stay here except if you have business in this part of town. Trendy restaurant 'Golden Pheasant' not far away.

“Value for money, clean, pleasant surroundings”

The hotel was very clean and pleasant. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, unlike the usual city centre hotels. A bus ride to the centraal station only takes 10 mins and buses are very frequent. Very good value for money.

“Lovely hotel and service with a smile”

Very comfortable and large room. The bus here are very frequent and convenient. From central are just fifteen minutes ride. Helpful front desk staff. Stylish smoking rooms. Supermarket is eight minutes walks. The bar and the restaurant is okay but you'll see the front desk staff turns into waitress! Will come and stay in this hotel again!

房型均為單人床x2,一進入房間就傳出很濃的尿味，向櫃台人員有來房間查看並使用芳香噴劑除味後還是沒有改善

중앙역에서 32번 33번 버스타고 4정거장이면 닿을 거리이다. 외관상으로는 허접한 호텔 같았지만 냉방 난방 냉장고 다 되고 화장실도 깔끔했음.
