家族4人でジャスミンの部屋に宿泊。 予約の際に言っておけば、空港出たところにホテルのカウンターがあり、そこで荷物の受け取りや送迎をすべて手配してくれました。また、午前中の早い便でしたがそのままチェックインしてくれました。 エキストラベットも入れたので、窮屈感は否めませんが、部屋にずっといるわけではないので問題なし。 一棟に二つ部屋のあるタイプでしたが、ベランダ含め隣の部屋とのプライベート感は保たれておりました。 若干の古さを感じ、決してきれいなホテルではありませんが、海のコテージで、ひなびた地方の安い旅館、と思えば十分なのではないでしょうか？ 清潔でない、という意味ではないです。 朝食は海の見えるオープンデッキで気持ちよく食べることが出来ます。但し、あまり種類は多くなく、質も高くはないですが、期待しすぎなければ、です。歩いてすぐのところに2～3軒おいしいシーフードレストランもあるので、食事には困りません。

Had called the hotel directly 3 days ahead and gave info of flight and arrival time for pickup. No one showed up. When we called from the airport they did come but said that they were not aware of our arrival. This had also happened on our trip last year. A car with the hotel logo had picked us up but charged us for it when it was supposed to be complimentary. Location is very good. Some staff were very friendly but some were very casual. Close to restaurants . Only 5 minutes walk. Hotel had a restaurant but was a bit more than the outside restaurants.

Great location, and beautiful. However rooms not always cleaned, water not always provided in rooms. Service very bad, no effort made. Flies and ants everywhere. If you look at the hotel next to this one, 100 percent better, we ate in their restaurant no flies, clean and good service. This hotel has so much potential but due to poor management I feel this hotel will get worse and worse. Breakfast basic with flies all over it. The hotel is still fairly pricey like most places in Ngapali. When asking for water at night I was told no, when asking for my room to be cleaned as it has not been done all day I was told no and that housekeeping had gone home that day. Would not stay here again. its a shame as location is great but everything else was bad

Location great; Staff nice; accommodation in back of facility shabby to say the least...Booked at last minute and got poorest rooms...had to request move due to poor ventilation from sewer gas...not nice. Staff a little bit accommodating with lots of insisting. Do not recommend restaurant at all - but plenty nearby. Would not stay again as many other choices much better for similar price. (Lin Thar Oo for instance...)

We stayed for 4 nights with my family and toddler. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The location is right on the beach, at the end of the bay. We felt the location was actually nicer than some of the smarter hotels. Lots of space on the beach. No pool at the hotel but this wasn't an issue for us. Would def recommend.

We stayed 7 nights in Silver beach hotel. Our room was very big and clean. Most of the hotel staff didn't speak english well. We didn't have any problems though. The staff was polite and smiley. Breakfast was ok,nothing special about it. Hotel was right on the beach,nice views,especially the sunset was great! Overall we think the hotel wasn't worth the money ( we paid about 90 dollars per night) ,but at the moment it's not easy to find cheap accommodation at Ngapali.

I had a wonderful stay for 7 nights. Great breakfast/ Dinner was also very good except felt a bit lonely in restaurant as not many guests used it. I was quite disappointed on arrival as there was no-one at airport despite me sending email regarding my time of arrival. When mentioning this to reception they appeared very unconcerned-blaming it on emails going to their Yangong office.

I was completely satisfied with the apartment (75$ per night), the beach and the hotel facilities. But the restaurant has no nice atmosphere, the food was only average, and the staff speaks not very well English.

Stayed in a Jasmine cottage right next to the beach. Despite a side view you could see all the beach and sea from the veranda. The room was a decent size and kept very clean. It was a little shabby though - very odd collection of furniture including a broken four foot high wardrobe with glass edges to lacerated you It seemed to have been newly decorated. The bathroom was fine - loads of very hot water. The extractor vent had no nets over it so we did have a real problem with mosquitoes. Breakfast was good - fresh fruits and juices, eggs anyway you want, pastries, toast, sausages, pancakes etc. Ate dinner at the restaurant a couple of times. Prices were about what you paid elsewhere but the food was variable as were the portion sizes and if you ordered the same thing twice it was never the same. Far better to walk up to the road where the food was great and there was a choice of half a dozen great places . Found the staff perfectly pleasant and helpful although English was not really well spoken outside of the reception area. The beach was fantastic. Overall I would stay here again but a few small improvements would make this a great place..

Comfortable but leaky tap. Would suggest a safe in the rooms. Staff should be trained to check around for cleanliness. Paper napkins and drinking straws around the breakfast arear for three days and was only picked up when mentioned.

This hotel was the second to last of our Myanmar trip so we could perfectly compare it to other hotels we stayed in. This one was one of our most expensive and unfortunately I have to say we stayed in MUCH "cheaper" ones that had A LOT more extras! This is what we found in other hotels, sometimes even lower category, and I would have expected it here at least: laundry bag, "do not disturb" sign, Minibar, safe, garbage can in the room, toothbrush glasses; Our room was in the 1st floor of the building and always had a strange smell, which never went away completely even if opening the balcony door for a longer time. The beach had plenty of space. Unfortunately it was not maintained well: the matresses for the beds stayed outside in the night and were wet every morging (welcome mildew!) and were also not arranged nicely as in other hotels. The beach was clean, so was the Restaurant and room and also the garden was perfectly taken care of. Some of the staff were not really good in english and were hard to understand or not at all. Breakfast in the Restaurant at the seaside was terrific every morning. All in all the hotelstay was pleasant but for the price we payed a little more of the others usual standards could be expected, it was main season and I feel it was a bit overpriced, also the hotel had no pool, as some others did.

We stayed on the paradise Island Pangkor Island 29 yeras ago. Now we returned but we were disappointed. It was low season. Almost noone on the beach. Many water scooters along the shoreline. The hotel was an ordinary 3-star hotel with beach location which was good. There were very few restaurants in the neighbourhood, and the selection of restaurants Downtown 3 - 4 kilometers away was also disappointing.

We spent here five days and would choose Silver Beach hotel again if coming back to Ngapali beach. Location is very good, staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed there for 3 nights, and would definitely do it again! Very well located at the north of the beach, so very quiet. Cheapest bungalows are fairly small and dated, but very functional. Lovely seating area outside of each bungalow, as well as places to hang towels and bathing suits, hose outside each bungalow to wash the sand off your feet. Beach towels are provided, new ones every day. All bungalows have a beautiful view of the beach. No safe in the bungalows though. Breakfast is served on the terrace outside in front of the beach, good choice of food. Food is also served all day at your request, they even served us at our sun beds on the beach. Cocktails are cheap too. Hotel can arrange boat trips too, to go fishing, visit the fishermen village, and snorkelling. Staff's English is quite poor, but they are friendly. Internet is very slow though, or not working at all at times. When we were there, on the second day the Internet lines to the entire village were cut off for 2 days, so if you are in desperate need of Internet then Ngapali is probably not the best place. However if you want a beautiful quiet beach, then you are in for the most relaxing time ever. Would definitely recommend it.

We had concerns about the restaurant's hygiene practices. Staff tasted drinks with a spoon before serving us. We did not see if they cleaned the spoon between tastes. The eggs were covered in dirt/faeces and were not washed before cracking into the pan. The tempura prawns were all batter & little prawn. We ate lunch & dinner elsewhere after the first meal & were very selective with what we had at the included breakfast. The beds were uncomfortable.

Hotel muy tranquilo sin ruidos ideal para descansar. Habitaciones muy limpias me alojé en el edificio en la 2ª planta. Se escucha el sonido del mar en las noches. Cuando llegué en el aeropuerto no sabían de mi llegada tuve que esperar 15 minutos. Muy descoordinados. Tenía un requerimiento de una cama doble grande y me dieron una de dos camas simples. Reclamé y me cambiaron de habitación. Les importa muy poco cualquier requerimiento que hagas previamente. El personal del restaurante es muy frío e indiferente y apenas habla ingles. Por el contrario pedí un servicio especial y la atención del manager fue fantástica. A pesar del mal servicio del restaurante mi estadía fue excelente.

“ビーチは目の前！のんびりゆったりこれぞリゾート”
３泊しました。バスタブがついていましたが、残念ならが豊富に熱いお湯は長時間出ません。まあ、海近くのリゾートではよくあることですが。その代わり、ホテルの目の前に広がる海を見ながらの美味しい朝食、またスタッフのサービスはとても良かったです。空港への往復送迎も無料でついていますし、ホテルのそばに夕食の美味しいレストランもあります。価格相応の宿泊価値のあるホテルだと思いました。
