The people here are so incredibly nice! We arrived on a night bus at 5 am, they let us check in early, no extra charge. Unfortunately there was no toilet paper or garbage can. The location was nice, it was pretty close to the river and market, making it an easy walk away. The owners also let us stay late and check out way later than normal so that we didn't have to carry our heavy backpacks around until our night bus came.

It was in November 2016 that I stayed at this inn. I arrived at the Nyaung Shwe bus stand in the wee hours and the hotel owner picked me up with his car for free. It was totally unexpected. I got a room all to myself with two single beds even though I booked for a bed only. Thus it all depends on your chance and you can get lucky like me. Also, I had a very interesting conversation with the little girl at the inn who is managing the guest entry. Overall, this is a really cool place for budget-minded backpackers like me.

Staff/family are really lovely and helpful, great to chat to. A 15 minute-ish walk from the main part of town, but not too much of a problem. Breakfast was nice. They're obviously a bit squeezed for space and tried to get 4 people in what should have been a two person room - i.e pushed two beds together to make a double bed (for three!) and had a mattress on the floor...I was quite happy on my mattress on the floor, and the place is cheap, but maybe not ideal for a lot of people...!

Staff was really nice, fruits, bread and egg for breakfast. Hostel is under construction at the moment, but when it is ready i think it is going to be a really good place!

Air was quite moldy and wind was sometimes bringing feces smells. I don't feel our towels were clean, nor the bed or the bathroom floor. They added a mat floor so we could be three in a room and it was quite cheap.. but it's far from the main stuff.

Positive: - really early check-in Negative: - a bit far from everything - you're lucky if you find someone of the Staff - really cold - NOT CLEAN AT ALL I didn't feel like to stay. We slept few hours and we left for a another hostel.

far away from everything staff not motivated and drunk - it is more like you live in their home they totally overcharged with 15000 kyat my busticket to mandalay which just costs 7000 or 8000 kyat and I even got no ticket when I paid and of course the bus driver wanted to see my ticket - took a while to explain the situation hot shower for 2 minutes worst wifi in myanmar

deep inside a village. a little inconvenient from town. however, host provide free bicycle and he drove a lady guest with injury to clinic. sent me to and from town for meals.

I wouldn't say it's a guest house. Really. But I didn't denied the stuff is good person too. I booked 16th-20th... but funny thing is when I arrive at 17th early morning I didn't really get check in to my room. Cuz some one staying there. But They do let me stay other room at 2 floor. Witch is so awful. (Full of dust and room is really dirty).

You get what you pay for. Win Nyunt is a decent and inexpensive place to stay in Nyaung Shwe. They cram mattresses into tight rooms and the place is fairly dusty all around. Breakfast was basic toast, egg and fruit. Owners are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. OK place for budget travelers, but if you like it clean and more upscale then go elsewhere.

We liked it that we could check in early in the morning. Breakfast was ok for the price we paid - $12 for twin room. We could rent the bikes which were good as well. The owner was nice. Location is less than 10 min walk from the centre of the town. The bed sheets were clean but the blanket didn't look that good, you could not walk without the shoes in the room because the floor was so dirty! The bathroom looked like it was not clean for ages, hair everywhere, dirty tailes, dirty bin... WiFi did not work properly and it looked like it was even turn off during night time. The staff could be more considerating: they been singing very loudly and played loud music every day..

Strongly Recommended!!!! To be honest, there’s no special reason to book this hostel but cheap price and breakfast. I only stayed for two nights in Win Nyunt Inn. Actually, the room of fist night is not good because it has no lock for the door and the toilet is without light. After responding, they said they will change the room for me second night. The breakfast experience on the rooftop is extraordinary. They serve simple but nutritious breakfast, including one banana, a slice of papaya, three slices of toast, and one egg (in Omelets, Scrambled or Sunny egg). The view is good from the rooftop because you can see the mountain! It has good location which is near to the Mingalar Market! Finally, the boss of this hostel is totally the selling point! He can speak good English compared to other local people. The way he does the business is more like making a friend with you! He likes to teach you some local language like “Hello” and “Delicious ”. The word I only remember is “ Yadaseda” which means delicious!

It was the last weekend of the balloon festival in Taunggyi and they completely overbooked, changed the two bedroom into a 4, replacing one of the beds with a mattress topper on the floor to accomodate 3, plus the one single bed. Not ok, given that no one was given a heads up, or the choice to book other accomodation, which were also totally full everywhere in town. Just a bit of a sleezy move, and coming off the 3 day trek, all you want is a bed and a non-pail shower (which would have been better than their facility). I am not the princess type, and know that mistakes happen, but this was a pull for extra money, and nothing else. Too bad, as the family who are running the business seem friendly enough. Breakfast was usual fare, and served on the terrace - smoky, but the nicest aspect of the stay. It would likely be fine to stay on a normal weekend, but i wont be back.

“うーん”
朝の4時くらいだったけど対応してくれた。 朝食も食べさせてくれた。 部屋は蚊がいたりトカゲがいたりうーん。 ファンのみ。一階で部屋までトイレの匂いがした。 街に看板が何個も出てたみたいだけど見にくく夜は分からない。 事前の地図も分かりにくかった。
