I bought our beloved puppies (Rottweiler & French Bulldog of 5 and 6 months old) with us on our pre-wedding photo trip to Bagan. The staff was super friendly, extremely helpful and kind. The place was clean and great. The only thing to improve would be breakfast section.. to add more variety to the menu. The rest is great, our stay had been peaceful.. We made sure to clean the litter outdoor before we check out.. and hope to revisit next time♥️

A nice, spacious hotel out of town. Comfy beds, big rooms. Bathrooms were are bit old and the bath was cracked. The location requires the staff to help travellers with transport to the town and major interest sites. Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience 3 different times in our short stay. That said, one of the front desk staff who had to sort out our early morning sunrise ride, actually drove us himself when he realised the evening staff had not booked the transport - excellent service! Whilst the breakfast was ok, I would not recommend eating dinner at the restaurant. There are much better options in Nyaung-U.

The staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for us. The room was huge, modern and very clean. The pool was also lovely. Location is a little way from the town but there is a free shuttle bus that runs every few hours until 9pm.

This is a great place to stay but be aware that it is 35 minutes by transport from Bagan. There is a free shuttle 3 times a day and you can rent an e-bike in town. However, do expect to be far from Nyaung U and Bagan. That being said, the grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was overall very kind and respectful, but could work on hospitality upon arrival. We were tired and cold from our night bus and taxi to the hotel from Inle. We had to wait hours in the lobby, and then when asking to have our breakfast that morning instead of the next they wouldn't allow it due to hotel policy. Offering a cup of hot tea or breakfast would have made us feel much more welcome. We felt guilty for being demanding guests, but felt it would have been easy to just make an exception to policy. We still recommend this place to others, just be aware of your arrival time and the distance from the city.

We were already staying in WeStay and we're having a fantastic time that we decided to extend our stay. We asked reception if we were able to do so and they confirmed that was the case. An hour or so later they informed us that they were in fact overbooked and we wouldn't be able to extend our stay after all. After a discussion we managed to arrange moving rooms, first to the dorm for one night and then back into a superior double room for the next two nights. Although the initial mix up was quite frustrating the staff admitted their mistake and did everything they could to remedy the situation. They made sure our stay in the 'dorm' was actually kept private and then moved us into a bungalow room for our final two nights. We have to say all the rooms were excellent. You have slightly more privacy in a bungalow than a standard double room although the rooms themselves were mostly the same layout. If you're planning on staying in the dorm then that would also be a great option compared to other dorms we've stayed in, although no curtains on the bed which is usually a deal breaker for us. But a perfect option for a group of friends. Food, facilities and cleanliness we're all excellent and while the location is not ideal it's more than made up for by the free shuttle and ebike charging station. Overall a fantastic option for Bagan.

We arrived after leaving a very disappointing guesthouse in Nyaung U. Immediately we realised how much better an option this hotel was. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do more to accommodate us. Rooms were spacious and clean. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, the gym and pool were very nice. Breakfast was decent and varied each day. A mix of toast and pastries as well as Asian food was on offer. But the buffet itself wasn't very stocked up and it would take them a while to replenish the dishes. The hotel restaurant itself was also good, with a wide ranging menu and decently priced, although as with most hotel restaurants a lack of any real atmosphere as it was mostly empty. Location wise the hotel is quite far out of town. However we found this wasn't a major problem as you're best off exploring Bagan by e-bike. Nyaung-U is not the most pleasant town to stay in so this allowed us to experience the town and everything else Bagan has to offer but retreat back to the peace and clean air of the hotel. There is a free shuttle bus that operates lifts to and from Nyaung-U, but the pick up times are not incredibly useful. But if you want to ride a bike back to the hotel there is a charging point there which you can use for free. The hotel has a deal with a bike rental shop where the shuttle drops you off. This was very useful. Overall a great stay in Bagan and we'd rush back to stay at WeStay!

Bathroom was a bit smelly. Apart of that we loved the place. It's a bit out of town, sousing an E-bike or the free shuttle is a must. It's piossible to charge the bikes at the hotel.

Nice if you want to relax for a day or two from a temple Marathon. Even if you have the shuttle, it's still far from everything. The normal rooms in the main building are very noisy, you hear the phone from the reception ringing or the staff chatting, so I regret not having booked a bungalow. Staff was very nice and helpful, hotel and room was clean.

I was so much satisfied with my stay. The breakfast was good. The facilities were great. I enjoyed the promo of cocktails on Happy Hour and the swimming pool but the smell was a bit strong tho. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. The air-condition was not working properly (not cold). When I complained about it they fixed it right away but then nothing changed tho. The e-bike service was not really at the hotel compound. We have to travel to downtown first to get e-bike. Overall, the stay was great compare to it price and all of the stuffs were friendly.

1) SPA isn’t great. 2) Location- is a bit out of the way. If you want to go into town- you have to take a taxi- but you give up some quiet. 3) The staff is very kind and responsive. 4) They make really great Margaritas- almost too good! The Room service- vegetable spring rolls were great!! 5) Receptionists were very helpful in making us feel invited AND giving us suggestions about local places to eat. 6) Airport service was very good. Yes- I would definitely stay here again.

Staff is super helpful. They allowed us to check-out late at around 6pm with minimal charge (because we are waiting for 8pm bus to Yangon). They also helped us contact the bus station. One drawback is the location. It's around 20 mins from downtown. However, since the Yangon bus will pass by the hotel along the way, you won't need to go to the bus station and just wait in the hotel (this is a plus!). Also, the pool looks good on photos! But it's not as clean as we wanted. I wish the airconditioning in the room was stronger. Our room barely got cold so we had difficulty sleeping a bit (it's even colder in the reception/common area). Also, the wifi is weak and we are unable to get fast mobile data signal.

Our Booking are included in tax and fees but when I arrive at hotle they request to pay Service Charge 5% and Government tax 10 % . But I refused to pay . Later Manager come and Free for that 15% Net. If I not dare to refuse to pay .They will always get that 15% and that is lower for Standard of agoda .

“都会から隔離されて寛ぎたいなら最適”
金額の割に優雅な気分を味わえる、すてきな可愛いホテルでした。ただとにかく、遠い。そして滞在中、WiFiがほぼ繋がらなかったのが残念。部屋は清潔でプールもジムもあり、バスやワンデイトリップの手配もしてくれます。
