as the title, the Room was not clean in my opinion and there was some bad smelling come out from the bath room. But the Staff was nice, all the additional service like E-bike, Bus for next destination....etc, you can get help easy from the front table..

Satisfactory room and breakfast (friend eggs, toast, jam, pineapple, water melon, tea, coffee and some Asian food). Staff are extremely lovely and helpful. I could hire an e-bike there for 8,000 Burmese kyat. A little more then on offer elsewhere but fine for the convenience. Pretty close to the centre of everything and just off a strip with lots of restaurants, a local spa and some ATMs. Did the job nicely! Lots of mozzies in the room though so got bitten a fair bit.

The roof terrace for breakfast is lovely. And a nice way to start the day. The location is near enough to restaurants and temples as you have to explore with a bike anyway as Bagan is just too spread out to explore on foot. We Had problems with the property receiving my booking through the Agoda website- so they did not know we were coming, but they did have a room available for us- in Fact the whole hotel was available, so was surprised when they put us in a room with a wall view. The bathroom smelled a bit of damp, but for the price the quality of the hotel was good.

Hotel staff are friendly and sensitive to your need. I arrive early morning from an overnight trip from Yangon. They allowed me to use the room knowing am tired and helps me arrange tours that fits my budget. Recommend to stay here

The hotel is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff is very attentive and the owners were unbelievably kind to us. The breakfast is also varied and very good. The room had everything we needed and air-conditioning system seemed pretty new. Warmly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice bedroom with ok wifi, rooftop nice simple buffet breakfast. You can rent an e-bike right in front of the guest house -very practical. I find at good distance of everything -visiting Bagan and the good restaurants of Nyaung-U.

Very nice staff :) they have a good heart for services they help us rent the e-bike and allowed us to have a shower after check out before go to Yangon by night bus.And the location is close to Shwezigon pagoda. The breakfast is very delicious

"Lilly" the friendly receptionist is good at arranging all your traveling needs. E-Bikes, train tickets, planning sites for best sunset photos, Lilly knows her stuff. The hotel rooms are clean, buffet breakfast is good and included.

Good clean hotel in Bagan with reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms via internet and I got the booking confirmation from Agoda. When we arrived at 11PM, the hotel said that the system from Agoda showed that only one room was booked. Fortunately, there was one vacant room available but we had to wait for one hour for cleaning.

On the map it seems a little out of town, but as everybody rents an e-bike this is not a problem at all, and there are restaurants and a small shop just around the corner. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The manager is a very nice guy. He organized a good e-bike, gave information about what to see, and booked our tickets. It was a surprisingly good guest house. Very recommenable.

The guesthouse is situated in a quiet sidestreet that leads to the river that runs along Bagan. Follow this street through the small and friendly neighbourhood and youll be awared with amazing hidden riverviews and beautiful sunsets. No tourists around. The hotel itself is good value for money. Breakfast was OK. The taste was good but the variety small. The restaurant across the street is where you should go. This family run business has great currys, really good traditional myanmar food. We went here several times. Probably one of the best, if not the best, in Bagan. Hotel facilities are good, nothing to complain about. Perfect place to stay for a relaxing stay in the somewhat busy Bagan.

“Great value for money ”
I liked the Location very much. Just opposite there is an e-bike rental place so easy to move around. The staff is really super nice. The only problem I had was the internet that didn’t work properly.
