建物が古く、清潔感はありませんがお湯はしっかり出ます。また、スタッフがフレンドリーで居心地は良いです。3泊しましたが、タオルの交換や部屋の清掃は一度もありませんでした。近くにローカルのレストランがありますが、まともなレストランに行こうとすると少し歩く必要があります。

若いスタッフがとても親切で、困ったことがないか常に助けてくれます。 いいホテルでした。電気バイクを借りて移動すると非常に便利です。

立地も良く値段も安かった為、利用しましたが、宿もスタッフも最悪でした。口コミは全く参考になりませんでした。女性二名のスタッフの話し声がかなり大きく、朝からずっと無駄話をしています。私は三階の朝食を食べる階の部屋に宿泊していましたが早朝からずっと女性スタッフの大きな話し声がうるさくて凄く不愉快な朝でした。 三日間利用しましたが三日間共掃除を忘れていて、夜帰ってきた時にスタッフに言うと男性スタッフがすぐに掃除してくれました。とにかく女性スタッフの態度が悪すぎて、宿もごきぶりとやもりだらけだし水道の水も臭いし最悪な宿です。二度と利用しません。

英語や日本語が話せる受付がいない。情報が全然もらえない。経営者は偉ぶっている。近くにもっと安くて親切なモーテルはたくさんある。モーテル ラッキー７はとても親切。

立地がとてもよく、レストランやマーケット、ニャウンウーの観光地に歩いて行けます。 また、スタッフがとても親切で、雨でしたが、傘をかしてくれ、雨で、夜、外に行きたくなかったので、 何か食べえないかと相談したら、夕食を買ってきてくれました。 ただ、部屋はそれなりです。この部屋だったら、もっと安いホテルやゲストハウスはあります。 でも、スタッフが親切だったので、よしとします。

The room is tiny, but nice. Great rooftop area to chill in. Bathrooms are rundown and could use renovating. Wifi works fine, and different routers are available to connect to. Great location, everything is within walking distance. No problems at all.

The place is dirty, I found a bedbug in our first room so we changed to another one. Breakfast included but it’s really poor. The guy on the reception is the only person of the staff that is nice. The hot shower is good and the location is really nice too.

The hotel was well worth for the money it charges. The staff's English is not the best but the staff Saung(if I got it right) was very hospitable, friendly and helpful. I had done an online booking with the bus company and he helped me confirm the booking and ensure that the bus picks me from the motel. The e-bike's battery that I rented from them lasted the whole day. Also, when I needed to rent e bike early in the morning before sun rise, they obliged. The shower is hot and water pressure is strong. They also allowed me to bathe at the place after check out. My solo room was all wood, the floor, wall and ceiling.

Super friendly staff good for what you get for the price.. Nice location, would recommend but there's repairing ongoing right now which makes the place quiet dusty and a bit messy... :-(

There are more hotels around that are way better value for money. This motel is quite old and mouldy and is in need of a renovation. The bathroom was dirty and the common areas were dirty as well. Wifi didn't work well anywhere. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

When we arrived in the hotel, we were all exhausted due to the bus ride from Yangon to Bagan. We arrived around 5am and we were not allowed to check in yet since there were still some guests in our booked room. So we waited up until 10am. And while we waited, I kind of observed the place. First look at the reception area and ground floor, I was disappointed and was expecting less for our room. But when we checked in already, I was surprised that our room actually looked decent, it was huge, the bed was comfortable, huge bathroom with a hot shower, the room was good overall!

We stayed in the motel for 2 days and hot water is always available. Staff is friendly and helpful especially a guy named Myamwei (probably wrong spelling). It is indeed a bit noisy outside and wifi not working but it didn't cause too much trouble for us.

Room was nice and the staff was quite helpful, my only complaint was that the wifi almost never worked so if wifi is very important to you I'd look elsewhere.

The Eden Motel 1 is really a budget accomodation if you can even call it like this. We had a room without windows but outside noise was still heard. There is an A/C and hot water which is basically working until night comes. We experienced that they switch off electricity and water around midnight which makes the A/C useless. Unfortunately, nobody informs you about this practice. The staff is ok and breakfast is average. Only upside was the rooftop for having breakfast. If you can find sth else for the same price go there! You get what you pay for but this shouldn't have a price.

i was looking for cheap private rooms avaiable and this was even cheaper then some dormitarys. However i was quite pleased, i stayed on the roof which was reasonable quiet compare to other areas. The bed was comftable, good AC, breakfast was ok, the shower was the best ive had in myamar, hot of course. I left clothes at the hotel which i had washed and the owner went out of his way by speaking to my new hotel and explaining the situatuon. He had the sent over the next day, free of change. very happy about this, a little gesture like this makes a big difference. If you are looking for somewhere cheap, and prefer private rooms look no further! Thanks!

I spent two nights at Eden Motel 1 and it was good. Bearing in mind that accommodation is more expensive in Myanmar than in other countries in South East Asia, this place is quite good quality/price. The only negative aspect is that staff speaks barely no English. Anyway, they are super helpful and full of big smiles.

“シングルに３泊”
ミャンマーでこの値段なのでそれなりの設備、清潔さです。 Wi-Fiは、早くはありませんがミャンマーの中でも安定していた方がかなと思います。ホットシャワーも使え気温の低い時期だったのでよかったです。 スタッフは、英語が話せるおじさんが良い距離感で程よく気にかけてくれました。
