素晴らしい物件でした。残念ながらオフシーズンだったため、施設の利点を活かすことができませんでした。付属のプールが温水だったらよかったのですが、マネージャーがスパのジャグジー付きの温水プールの無料利用を提案してくれて優しかったです。

ここのスタッフは最高です。彼らはあなたを王様や女王様のように扱ってくれます。到着した瞬間から素晴らしいモロッコのお茶であなたのケアをしてくれます。ヴィラは広々としていて、プライベートプールや美しいレイアウトが整っています。唯一の欠点はタンジェから90分ほど離れているのでツアーからは少しドライブが必要ですが、素敵でリラックスできる getaway を望むなら、とても価値があります!!

This was incredible property . Every details was done well, The landscape, pools, gem, staff , food( specially breakfast ), spa. I don’t have words to describe how beautiful this hotel is. The new manager Mr lutfi always available Around solving any issue, I was really surprised how quick he respond and solved The WIVI weakness . There’s a big change towards the perfection with mr lutfi and staff. Everything made us feel special during our stay. We enjoyed every minute here. I would like to thanks the manager and all the staff specifically ( Rasheedah) for the big effort to made everything possible to us.

Wonderful experience, one of the best staff that I have encountered. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a peaceful stay there. And you must the SAffron Thai restaurant there and full experience at the Spa you won't regret it.

Very bad service, they should change all the staff starting from the manager, they dont care about the costumer, they really dont undestand what does it mean a five star hotel.. i asked for an iron 4 times, they bring it after 2 days, the waiter in the swimimg pool asked us to pay cash , knowing that people while going to a swimming pool they don’t bring cash.. it’s ooover priced for the facilities actually

“Un séjour exceptionnel ! J’ai adoré mon expérience dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès mon arrivée, le personnel est toujours souriant et disponible. La chambre était spacieuse, impeccablement propre et décorée avec goût. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la literie de qualité et le calme qui régnait, idéal pour se reposer. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et composé de produits frais, un vrai délice pour bien commencer la journée. Mention spéciale pour toute l équipe travaillant la bas et particulièrement M. El Khder je ne sais pas si ça s écrit comme ça . Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !”

لا ادب ولا احترام للعميل وطريقة كلام دون الصفر تخيلو فندق مصنف5 نجوم وموظف الاستقبال يقول لنا مافي خدمة pay bay!!! ونحن في زمن الكورونا مع كل فرصة يطلع لنا مليون الف عذر عشان لا نسكن وما شاء الله كل حجوزاتهم بدون استرداد عارفين كيف ينصبون وانت ما تاخد حقك مشينا كل هذا وثاني يوم اتفاجاء بسرقة مشط كهربائي وبكل وقاحة حق التنظيف يقولي متاكدة انو كان في فله!؟!؟ انا دافعة ما يقارب 7800ريال حق يومين سكن فقط بجي ارمي بلاي على مشط بقيمة300ريال لما كبرت مشكل معاهم مسؤول عن للتنظيف يقولي بنشوف كاميرا ونبعت لك سشوار سوي شعرك بكل وقاحة طلعت اتغدا رجعت دايكرت لريسبشن يقولولي مافي كاميرا جنب فلل خلاص طقم نصاب من اصغر واحد لاكبر واحد وربي شهيد على كل كلمة كتبتها الله لا يوفقهم
