ホテルは快適な滞在でした。主張されている通りの広々とした部屋と良い設備が揃っています。改善点としては、朝食にもう少しバラエティを増やして欲しいです。場所はメインのスフバートル広場から少し離れています。

ケンプinskiの最近のレビューがなかったので、投稿します。2泊し、別のホテルに移って3泊しましたが、後悔しました。 ケンプinskiで5泊すればよかったです。宿泊施設が広くてとても満足し、清潔です。静かで良いです。フロントには韓国語を話すスタッフがいて、便利で親切です。私が行ったときはオフシーズンだったので、価格が少し安かったですが、価格に対して満足できるホテルでした。ただ、朝食は少し物足りなかったようです。

施設は古いけど掃除はきちんとされていました。 スタッフの方は親切な印象です。 広くて過ごしやすいですが、一部カーテンが破れていたり、古さは感じました。 でもモンゴルのホテルの中では綺麗な方かと思います。

2日目の夜に配管の修理作業のため水が不足する経験をしました。夜遅くにシャワーを浴びられるまで数時間かかりました。こんなことになるとは思いませんでした。また、支払った料金に朝食が含まれていなかったのは驚きでした。より安価な他のホテルでは朝食が提供されています。他の5つ星ホテルに宿泊した際は、通常朝食が含まれています。

急遽、郊外に一泊することとなり、2泊目からの滞在となり、ツインだった部屋がキングベットになっていました。 友人との旅だったので、ツインが良かったのですが、エクストラベット入れてもらいスイートルームへ。 ツインが良かったのですが、臨機応変に対応くださり、結果、心地よくモンゴル最後の日を過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました！

モンゴルでは、いつもアパートに泊まってましたので今回初めてのホテル滞在です。知り合いからは、モンゴルのホテルはどこも最悪だと聞いていたのであまり期待しておりませんでした。 スタッフの対応はとても良いです。しかし22時半頃、2階の日本食レストラン食事できなかったのでフロントで開いてるレストランを教えてもらいタクシーで行くと23時閉店でした。また、チェックインの際、喫煙ルームは1部屋しかないと言って+2千円出せばアップグレードした喫煙部屋が用意できると言われたので仕方なくそれに従ったが、同じ日にチェックインした友人は、あっさり普通の喫煙部屋を予約出来ていた。朝食はとても粗末です。５つ星でこの朝食はありえません。

５泊の滞在でしたが、毎日の掃除も行き届き、快適な生活を送れました。 夜は、ほとんど２Fの「SAKURA」で日本食でした。油や肉の多いモンゴル料理に飽きやすい日本人には、快適なホテルと言えます。

日本語スタッフがいるのでモンゴル語や英語が話せなくても安心です。日本人客も多く、部屋も清潔なのでオススメです。ただし、細かい内装などはやはり外国のホテルといったところでしょうか。雑な部分もありますが気になるほどではありません。

ウランバートルではいつも滞在するホテルで、数少ない良いホテルの一つです。中規模だけれど基本的なサービスはすべて整っている。ウランバートル屈指の日本料理店があるのもうれしい。部屋は広く清潔で空調温度の管理も適切。インターネットと衛星放送も当然ながら完備。特にモンゴルの冬は零下３０度にもなりホテルの善し悪しが日々の活動に大きく影響するのでホテル選びは大切です。

“価格に対する満足度が高いウランバートルの宿泊施設 :)”
スフバートル広場や国営デパートなどの主要観光地からは少し離れていますが、個人的に満足度の高いホテルでした。客室も概ね清潔で整っており、バスルームもシャワーとバスタブが完備されていて良かったです。ただ、空港からホテルまでウランバートル市内を通らなければならないので、時間がかなりかかります。交通渋滞がひどいので…。ホテル内にある寿司レストランは良いです。価格帯は少し高いですが、美味しいです。モンゴルに来たらまた利用すると思います:)
