アゴダ側がお金を入金できなかったと、アゴダと協議せずに私たちを部屋に入れさせず追い出しました。結局、私たちが別途お金を入金してから再び部屋に入り、荷物を確認できたのです。アゴダとの問題を宿泊客に転嫁する最悪のホテルです。

含まれているドリンクは良くありませんでした。アルコールのブランドは良かったですが、ジュース、シンプルシロップ、ソーダなどのミキサーはすべて人工甘味料で作られているため、すべてのミックスドリンクにはその味がしました。予約が必要なイタリアンレストランとメキシカンレストランはとても良かったです。ビュッフェの食べ物は常に古くて乾燥しており、提供されるものには失望しました。

ホテルは私たちの休暇の初日と一晩を台無しにしました。ロビーと劇場の隣の部屋に入れられ、午後11時まで非常に大きな音楽が流れ、人々が騒ぎ、子供たちが叫んで走り回っていて、午前3時まで続きました！！ 彼らは私たちを移動させることができず、27時間も起きていなければなりませんでした。このため、休暇の全体を通して完全に疲れ切ってしまいました。彼らは私たちをアップグレードしてくれましたが、翌日の午後4時頃まで待たされました。また、どこでも広告されていない工事も行われています！

This hotel not 4 stars for sure maximum 3. Service is a zero! when we arrived at the hotel, the room had holes in the bedding and a dirty bathroom, the telephone did not work, so you had to walk to the reception. There is no kettle or slippers in the room. And the private beach is a swamp! it is impossible to enter the water. Other than a beautiful pool, nothing else.

0/5 stars if I could. Everything is old (rooms/furniture) food at buffet reminiscent of a 90’s Sizzler buffet. Sales people constantly trying to sell you, but trust me there is nothing about this place that would make me come back nonetheless buy property here. Room was bad, stains on sheets/duvet, bathroom tub clogged, only 1 power outlet in the room and 1 additional in the bathroom. Changed rooms and door lock didn’t work, anyone could’ve opened the door at any time. They came to fix this but the A/C in this room did not work, no cold air just the fan so the room was extremely humid. I let the front desk know and they sent someone to “fix it” TWICE but never resolved. The entire resort lost power in the middle of the night and woke me at 2am because it was so hot and uncomfortable. Somehow, the power in the lobby and porch lights for all of the rooms were still on though. The crowd here is mostly local Mexican nationals, few Europeans, and low to low middle class Americans. There is no ambiance, no nightlife here, bar in lobby closes at 10pm. The only plus about this resort is that you are a block from 5ta Avenida full of restaurants, shops, bars & nightlife. I regret booking here and I wish I could leave. Don’t be fooled by the all-inclusive package, you’re better off getting a hotel in playa del Carmen and eating local. Save yourself the headache and the money.

I have been to other Reef properties and expected the same experience and that was not the case. The room I stayed in was old and similar to something you would find at a Motel 6. Service was mediocre and I was disappointed that I paid premium dollar for a subpar room. Should have stayed at Reef 28.

Construction going on. Food was mediocre but you get what you pay for. Power went out one night. No room service. Only one restaurant open per night. They charge more for certain food and drinks. They try to sell you their timeshares but they weren’t pushy. The staff was really nice. The grounds seemed well maintained. Wouldn’t return but it wasn’t a completely unpleasant stay.

We stayed 6 days at the resort and had really good time. Facilities cleaned daily, staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect location right on the beach. Pool of a good size with plenty sun loungers. Breakfast very tasty, lots of choices and very fresh. The only small minus is the a bit dated rooms

The resort is situated blocks from 5th Ave shopping. With that said, the shopping should stay there. A five star resort shouldn’t have retailers on property and hit up vacationers, especially when they lay out and try to catch a tan. Tour guides should not approach vacationers. We leave home to avoid sales people. We stay at a resort to avoid harassing sales people on the Mexican streets. This resort claims it’s a 5 star. Loud kids yell around the pool. Games such as ping pong and billiards are also played next to the pool where people try to relax. This resort needs to get their priorities straight. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Place is clean. As a couple, we were given a pool view room... with 2 full beds. When asked to be moved to a king, we were downgraded to a non pool view. No coffee maker in the room.

The minute we walked in the door we were pressured about buying excursions and going to a presentation. The staff at the bars — except the one in the resort lobby — were rude and the drinks were so watered down you needed three drinks just to taste the alcohol.

There is nothing worse than after 35 hours of travel, you arrive at your hotel to be told they do not have your fully paid reservation. I don't know whether to blame Agoda or the hotel, but I felt the hotel could have handled the situation better. After 30 minutes of discussion, they gave us a room after holding an imprint of our credit card. By morning, they had found the reservation and there was no apology. The hotel is most definitely 3 star, I think other reviewers need to remember that. Overall, it's a great 3 star hotel. It's also one of those resorts where people get up super early and put their towels on pool lounges - I think some forget and don't come back all day!

This place has a long way to go for improvement. Arrived and there was no one to help with the bags. Was checked into a room that smelt loike paint, had most lighting not working, the tv not working nor the fan. Ask for a room change and they couldn't do it until the next day. Wasn't compensated for this night. Next day went to reception after a call that there will be a room change. The lady than asked me to go check the other room to see if it was cleaned? Like they couldn't ask the maid? Went to the room and it was fine. Had to go back down and be checked into this room. Baggage was supposably meant to be brought up but communication between reception and the bell boy did not happen. I had to go back down to get my bags. All-inclusive does not include wifi? a safe (which you have to pay $3/day, never payed for a safe in my life, drinks are houselables and the snack bar needs to change its menu as the 5 nights I was there, beef ribs where non-existant. Staff are mostly despondent and need some training customer service. My first night I attempted to ask the reception about possible nice places to go out for a drink and he allowed himself to be disrupted twice by other patron request who would walk up yell out and get their response. He answered the phone three times and engaged in conversation with his colleague yelling from the other room, I regretted bothering asking. Another staff memeber the following day actually spoke to me with sun-glasses on. There were considerable friendly staff at the restaurant and the snack bar though. Never tried the Italian or Mexican restaurant as they seemed to pre-book the place for people which I found unfair as there was no chance for us to get a table since day one. The hotel had an entertaining room which provided shows with dinner, so saw a Michael Jackson tribute show which was funny and on New years they had a great set-up with a Mayan show. The beach was nice but you have security with guns walking by, not very relaxing.

Las facilidades que da el hotel son buenisimas en cuanto al precio. La ubicación medio alejada de la parte linda de la 5avenida. La comida de los restaurantes asiaticos e italianos son muy mañas! El servicio pesimo. Si bien tratan de hacer lo mejor. Te dan champagne caliente , el show del asiatico es bueno pero ma comida malisima. Me quedo con el buffet y el mexicano. Lo califico bien porque el precio es muy accesible para las prestaciones que tiene. Pero tendria que mejorar en esos puntos flojos!!

Zimmer : geräumig und sauber gehalten, allerdings alles schon etwas älter Anlage: gut gestaltet und super gelegen Personal: Freundlich und immer hilfsbereit Essen: wir waren sehr froh darüber das wir „nur“ mit Frühstück gebucht haben….das war in Ordnung. Jedoch die anderen Buffets sind nicht jedermanns Sache und wer etwas späater kommt, der findet nichts frisches mehr

ココビーチのリーフは、周辺を歩いて良いレストランやショッピングを楽しむのに十分な近さにあるとても素敵なリゾートです。ビーチのすぐそばにあり、太陽の下での楽しみに最適です。3つの専門レストランは素晴らしく、オールインクルーシブのプランに含まれています。私の唯一の失望は、トラベルショップを通じてツアーを予約したことです。ViatorやTripAdvisorとは異なり、ツアーのキャンセルは一切できませんでした。私たちはエクスカーションの予約で厄介な状況に遭遇したため、外部の会社を通じてツアーを行うことをお勧めします。
