Terrible! Old, run down, no elevator, dirt, uncomfortable bed, noisy area and unhelpful staff. I have to take vides and photos to show Agoda in order to have the rest of my stay cancelled and refunded

Gracias Michel. las palabras contrastantes nos alegran por la evaluacion del equipo de trabajo ( gracias de nuevo ) La musica es realmente parte de la ciudad, pero estancias de muchas noches de varios clientes nos advierten que no todos somos iguales ... pero seguramente de nuestra parte cuidaremos siempre que el interior del Barrio latino sea un ambiente que no genera ruido o ( buena o mala ) musica . ( un mariachi podria aparecer a la esquina en cualquier momento , esto es posible )

First time staying at this facility, Location - excellent close to local restaurants and 1 block from 5th avenue and 2 blocks from the beach. Laundry facilities and local store within 1 block. Cleanliness- very clean and king size bed and décor is themed which makes the stay much more enjoyable. Good for short term stay, only improvement is the wifi needs to be upgraded because it was spotty and sometimes could not connect. Would recommend staying here.

Regresamos mas fuertes despues de tantos meses dificiles, escribo entonces a distancia de unos meses de tu visita para comentar que estamos refrescando las habitaciones, añadiendo servicios de cortesia , y unas cosas mas . Tomamos muy en serio lo de internet y ahora tenemos 2 servicios terrestres, una red de antenas mesh para cubir todos los espacios adentro y afuera de las habitaciones, y recibimos el kit satelital de moda , esperando que nos ayude a estar siempre conectados cuando en la ciudad hay otras interrupciones. Gracias por la oportunidad de comentarlo !

Nice comfy bed and pleasant room decor. We couldn't get warm water for the shower and there was no parking as advertised (except a few cars could park outside) There are 2 pay car parks close by. Do not expect a big breakfast - very basic, but in a pleasant courtyard. Staff were very pleasant.

There's parking but you need to have the staff take out posts ad you arrive and leave. Great value authentic restaurants right in the street. Excellent location, pretty quiet yet near beach, 5th avenue, ferry etc. They're particular about you providing I'd security even for safety deposit box and aircon remote. Great value.

We were very pleased with the room and the hotel. the location is the best one, close to everything and far enough from the party area. the staff is very helpfull and nice the place is very clean

Emplacement parfait, personnel très gentil, chambre à l'étage avec balcon et corde à linge un plus! Un peu bruyant le soir avec le bar dans la rue plus l'on mais c'est très supportable! Nous recommandons!

Siamo una coppia adulta e siamo stati qui solo tre giorni ma siamo stati davvero bene. Bell'ambiente, pulito ed accogliente. Come se non bastasse, in promozione, colazione e chiamate telefoniche gratis ai fissi. Davvero soddisfatti.
