Dear guests, welcome to RumahKu Airport Homestay. To make Rumahku a secure and pleasant holiday home for subsequent guests, please maintain the current state of the homestay by observing the following house rules: 1) We will arrange automatic self-check-in for you. Please send us the photo IC or Passport of the guest-lead (the guest makes the booking) for registration purposes. 2) A security deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required.Guests can pay via a secure payment link using a credit or debit card. 3) RumahKu Airport homestay was designed to host 5 guests to stay comfortably. Please seek the host’s approval for additional guests if any, Rumahku reserves the right to deny your check in without refund if the number of guests exceeds the number of guests indicated in the booking. 4) No outdoor shoes, no durian and mangosteen are allowed at the homestay. Please keep the homestay clean, tidy and smoke-free, do not relocate any of the furniture or electrical appliances. 5) For each and every single violation of the house rules, it is subject to but not limited to extra fees of RM200 per incident from the house deposit. 6) No event or party is allowed in the homestay, otherwise RM200 will be charged and guests will be asked to leave without refund. 7) Before the guest check in, housekeeper requires more time in cleaning. We encourage our guests to check out on time. Late-check-out fee is RM50 per hour subject to availability, and the request must be sent to the host 1 day prior to the check-out date otherwise the late-check-out fee is RM100 per hour due to last minute. 8) Last and foremost, enjoy your stay with Rumahku!
