While we do spend extra effort to ensure the place is clean to the best of our ability, sometimes the bugs just win. Please be reminded that this is not an hotel and there are no room service. We wont be around during your stay. There is NO room service, onsite service or cleaning service during your stay. Please comply to the house rules, be nice and polite to your neighbors and take good care of the house during your stay. *Strictly Maximum 6 Guest only permitted in the condominium unit. *No Visitor allowed. RWMFの期間中、価格は10倍になります。しかし、他の日に人々がここに来るのであれば、大丈夫だと思います。ただ、地元でない場合は、宿泊施設から遠く離れた別の場所に行かなければならないので、鍵を手に入れるのが面倒です。

Regarding pricing, please note that our rates may vary depending on the season and special events. This is a standard practice across the hospitality industry. For example, during major events like the Rainforest Festival, one of the largest events in the Santubong area, it is common for both homestays and hotels to adjust their prices due to increased demand.
