And car plate also compulsory. * Key collection at our office Ken & Co Property Consultants, First Floor, Jalan Sekama. Please note that there is no on-site key collection. If you arrive at the apartment, you will need to drive to our office to collect the keys. Note: We do not permit third-party key collection on behalf (e.g., via Grab or other services). * KINDLY NOTED KEY CAN ONLY BE COLLECTED WITHIN 9AM -5PM. OUTSIDE FROM THIS TIME WE ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND* Santubong Suites is located in the midst of our wonderful rainforest, we must understand that mother nature comes with some bugs and insects. While we do spend extra effort to ensure the place is clean to the best of our ability, sometimes the bugs just win. Please be reminded that this is not an hotel and there are no room service. We wont be around during your stay. There is NO room service, onsite service or cleaning service during your stay. Please comply to the house rules, be nice and polite to your neighbors and take good care of the house during your stay. *DAMAGE DEPOSIT RM200 REFUNDABLE WITHIN 7-14 DAYS IF NO DAMAGE FOUND* * STRICTLY only 6 guest allowed in the condominium unit. MORE THAN THAT We wont allowed. * STRICTLY only people with swim trunk or swimsuit allowed in the swimming pool. * User must be in sport attire when using the gymnasium. * Maximum 2 car allowed in the condominium. * No smoking or vaping allowed in the property. * No Karaoke or BBQ in the house. * No Drone is allowed in this area. *No Durian and pet allowed *No party or group gathering * Kindly rent car to ease your journey, no transportation provided *Need to throw rubbish at the designated area upon check out *Close all electrical appliance & lighting upon checkout. * Please provide all guest name & car plate registration number. * Key collection at our office Ken & Co Property Consultants, First Floor, Jalan Sekama.
