The deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. -Lost unit Key or Access card will incur a replacement fee of RM300 -NO PETS Pool daily operation hours are From 8 am - 8 pm ☞Hosting Parties or Events, Decorations units, and Relocating Furniture are STRICTLY PROHIBITED -STRICTLY NO PARTY OR EVENT -Towels lost will incur a replacement fee of RM40 per piece -NO SMOKING & DURIAN Please ensure to wear the proper attire, e.g. Those who violate party/ events of property policy will have their full deposit forfeited and will be asked by Security guards to leave the property immediately. There don't have wheelchair to enter into washroom. Really make me regret to choose this apartment.
