The room I had to carry my own luggage in and out of the hotel. Reception staff are unconcerned. Definitely do not recommend.

The room itself was ok, bed was nice, but the bathroom was atrocious with water leaking everywhere out of the bath/shower stains from the water made the room look unclean. The restaurant was not clean, the food for breakfast was very ordinary. Considering this is suppose to be a 4 star hotel, there needs alot of improvement to get 4 stars..

This place was certainly NOT worth the money. Ok it might not seem like loads but I've been travelling SEA for 3 months now and have paid a lot less for a lot better! Positives: -There is a pool. -Lift so no dragging bags upstairs. -Beds are comfortable. -A/C pretty good. -Some members of staff. Negatives: -The pool area is not always clean (maybe they should spend less time sweeping the carpark and have a crack at the pool side). -Sunbeds are very hard they need cushions. -Shower water pressure was awful and only had two settings: boiling hot or freezing cold. -Most of the staff are useless (although two gentlemen were very helpful). One of the women was just awful. Asked her to have my room cleaned, she said yea yes and then two hours later i come back from the pool to find its not done. She clearly doesnt understand English and instead of asking me again and getting help she just says yes to everything! -Breakfast for a westener was poor. We only went once. -Also the day Koreans decided to sing Karoke all day next to the pool and get smashed. This place is certainly geared towards more Asian travellers then westen ones.

there were fleas on our matress. we demanded to see another room. it was also infested with bugs. the staff treated us as if we were overreacting. they took us to their sister hotel becuase they refused to refund our money and it was also a dump. outdated bathrooms with cold showers and cockroaches. very unhappy with this location!

1. They could not find my reservation even having presented them my booking number. 2. No coffee provided in the room for that kind of money 3. Breakfast off at 9.30am. No refill and staff did not tell us that they were closing the line. 4. Staff just dump the leftover into the river infront of the guest. 5. No hot shower and staff could not explain why. Although front office said someone will come to check, none came.

“部屋、バスルームが広くて清潔”
良かったこと: 清潔。従業員も静かだけど、優しいです。朝食は、その場で茹でてくれるフォーがとても美味。それ以外は食欲出ず。 悪かったこと: 東洋の団体旅行者が、朝、晩、とてもうるくて、本当にびっくり。この人達の声で、朝、目が覚めた。 やっと帰ったと思ったら、また新しい団体が来ました。これが難点で、また泊まりたいとは思えませんでした。ホテル自体は良かった。
