TV IN ROOM NOT FUNCTIONAL AND THEY SHOULD HAVE A SPORT BAR FOR SPORTS FUNS

Staff have been excellent very friendly and polite. Food was awesome breakfast, lunch and dinner. Live music and African culture dancing after dinner every night and music all night. The room spacious and clean the only downturn in the room was only 1 plug was working. TV in the room didn't work Water for kettle you have to buy at khs 220 per bottle Because you cannot use tap water as it was salty.

“Bad customer sevice”
I have experience the worst service as I stayed in a room without the TV working and was promised another room which never happened. I have decided not to come again
