チェックインして部屋に入ったときにタオルがなかったのでメイドに手配していただく必要がありました。バスルームにバスタブはなかったものの、シャワー設備自体は充実していました。ホテルの1階にあるレストランもよかったです。ヒレステーキをおいしくいただきました。

Shower door fell out. Broke over my head. Glass everywhere. Cuts all over my body.. All we got was a different room, a comped meal and an apology. This type of glass should never be in a bathrooms. New room (hotel upgraded us to suite) had glass top coffee table with broken corner - sharpe enough to use to cut bandages.

Ok hotel, way far from the occidental 4 stars though. Clean room, comfy bed, nice personnel, but no internet (spent quite a lot of time trying to figure it out with the personnel without success), the pool is small and in the shade before the end of the afternoon, breakfast OK but not amazing compared to many other Jordan hotels. I would recommend to go if you have a special discount with Agoda, the normal price being way too expensive from what it is.

It is right in the center of the city, and everything is a walkable distance from here. (Get ready your sunscreen and water. oh and a hat) Breakfast was great and had many different kinds of choices

There are lots of other hotels that looked better than Captain's hotel. Hotel's location is the only thing that is good. Badly kept, staff are least interested and breakfast is very stale.

This family-run hotel is well located for cafes and restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Please be aware that there are rooms with sea view, rooms with balcony and rooms with neither, but there are no rooms with sea view and balcony. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel can help to arrange diving and snorkeling trips with a very good local company. The hotel restaurant is excellent. Under new management, this hotel is in the process of making improvements and is keen for guests to have as comfortable a stay as possible. All in all I had a very pleasant stay.

Clean, quiet hotel located near some decent restaurants and a beer/wine store. Breakfast buffet was typical for Jordan, although they did have ful (stewed spiced fava beans), which was a plus.

When we arrived at this hotel we had a nice welcome from the professionnal and friendly staffs. That was easy to organise a trip to the Wadi Rum with them too. The hall is really clean and beautiful. The mainly problem was in the room. At first view everything seems to be alright. But it had some irritate things. The size of this room was a little small. The refrigerator was not working. We had two stucked bed instead of one. At least, they was comfortables. In the washroom, we had a high technologic massage shower. but it don't work well. Forget the massage. Something was partially blocking the hole at bottom of the shower, then the water don't disapear enought fast. It had a nice pool. Appreciate in the warm weather. But this pool is really deep, the deeper was 20 feets. Sure, it have a small place for children, but you must watching them. It have a nice restaurant where if you reserve 3 hours in advance you can have the famous mansaf. I have nothing bad to say about the breakfast that was included, it is really nice.

At beginning, the staff is nice ,but can't give me a good feel at last.Because I have booked a sea view room and high floor,but juest give me 2th floor and no any sea view. When I request change anther room, they give me all kinds of pretenses, and no give me feedback at the end. Room is small.

Charming and attentive staff. Would go again if staying in Aqaba Only thing is that they charge for wifi use. It was only as we were leaving that we were told that there is free wi fi in the first floor bar lounge.

We were upgraded upon check in, be cautious of roooms at front of hotel if street noise is an issue; lively area of Aqaba, many restaurants, close to waterfront, very goood experience

the rooms were not adequately cleaned, crumbs all over the floor and it was clear it was not mopped or swept before our stay. we found out the local doubletree was having a promotion that actually made it cheaper than captain's hotel

“快適で何かと便利”
観光アクセスに便利な立地です。ダイビング目的での滞在でしたが、ホテルのすぐ裏手にダイビングショップが複数ありました。 部屋には大きめのベッドが置かれやや手狭でバスタブもなかったが、清潔で快適でした。スタッフも気さくで丁寧です。併設レストランはアルコールは置いてなかったものの料理は美味しく、リーズナブルだった。
