Claims a 24h conceirge on Agoda despite check in time of 2-9pm. Uncontactable by phone or email through Agoda. I informed them that my flight only arrives at 9pm, so would not arrive at the hotel until 10.30pm multiple times with no response. Extremely irresponsible - could have informed us from the time of booking to seek an alternate hotel if they could not fulfil our request. Did not care that they left us stranded at midnight in Venice with no roofs over our heads. Stay as far away as possible. Horrible experience.

I took a train ride with my girlfriend from Rome to Venice.. on the train ride we sent an email to the property saying that we will arrive at 10 p.m. local time. The email was sent around 5 PM. The email was also approved and received by the property. We got to Venice and the hotel around 11 p.m. . We Buzz the door repeatedly and are ignored. We were ignored by Hotel staff. In the pouring rain. If it wasn't for a local Venetian who saw us and let us stay with her, we would have been stranded in Venice in the rain and on the street. We try to contact them the next day and to through the booking website they accused us of not sending the email. They refused to even speak to us we had to go through the ago da website. They kept our deposit and refused to speak to us in person or help us find another hotel. The staff its extremely rude and unhelpful and they are there. We travel all the time and this was the first time we had extremely rude unattentive staff. Go elsewhere

The property has really nice rooms and a pretty view. It is in the middle of Venice a short walk away from all the attractions. The only con is that the office is manned only some time of the day so you might have to wait until 1400 hrs to check in.

In November it is especially important that the very warm batteries in the room and the bathroom. But the main thing is a very high quality mattress and pillows! Also, very quiet in the room. Also, very quiet in the room. Polite and friendly hotel staff. Luka, thank you very much for the hospitality!

Location great close to opedale water taxi stop, 10 min walk to Rialto bridge and 5 min walk to grande canal/st marks square. We had room number 2, which was large double bed, large room, nice street view large bathroom. Staff very informative and friendly.

The place is old, but very clean. The bathroom is really good and the bed is comfortable. When we booked our room there was a mistake in the Agoda page and the breakfast was not included, but they were very kind and did not charged extra. The breakfast was delicious and the personnel as very nice. I would stay there again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Quaint older hotel tucked in the maze of Venice! Was a relief to find and treated us helpful and welcoming. We had to go back to get luggage next day and a reception not always there, but come out of no where from down the road if you call. They have a nice typical European breakfast. The building older, but that's part of the charm of it. The bathroom smelled like it'd just been cleaned which was wonderful. I only wish they would read this and change their bed mattresses. They were that springy barely there feel. Also stayed at an older place in Rome,...but the best foam comfortable mattress. Wish this place also had that.

No te atienden prácticamente entras y salís con un código en la puerta .Habitacion mínima con escaleras para subir a tu baño. Sin ascensor un tema por las valijas . No la recomiendo para nada .

Très bon emplacement à moins de 10 mn de l'embarcadère du vaporetto pour l'aéroport. Tout est à proximité. .place san marco ..pont rialto..ect. ..très bons restaurants à moins de 3 mn à pied..un petit-déjeuner très correct pour 5 euros . Personnel sympathique. Les équipements sont à revoir..sèche cheveux très faible soufflerie. .tv très petite même si on ne l 'a jamais regardée.. bon rapport qualité/prix

The location is excellent, but do not expect any attention from anybody. Special requests at the reservation time, such as about the number of beds, are ignored. Most of the time there is no staff at all,, and when there is someone, they keep reminding you that they cannot do anything for you because they are so few and cannot decide anything by themselves.

Locanda jest dobrym wyborem na ciepłe miesiące pobytu w Wenecji. W listopadzie zamarzaliśmy w naszym pokoju, w którym było zepsute ogrzewanie. Musieliśmy przebywać w pokoju w kurtkach, a spać we wszystkich swetrach jakie mieliśmy ze sobą. Problem zimna w pokoju został zgłoszony zaraz przy check-in, a na drugi dzień pokojówce(innej obsługi nie było) i nie było żadnej reakcji w rozwiązaniu tego problemu. W hotelu nie ma żadnej osoby w recepcji o żadnej porze dnia i nocy.

Huone oli siisti ja kaikki sujui hyvin. Ainoana miinuksena uloskirjautuessa jätimme tavarat hotellille, emmekä meinanneet saada niitä tarpeeksi ajoissa pois, sillä henkilökuntaa ei ollut paikalla avaamassa ovia (on ilmeisesti paikalla melko harvoin). Mihinkään puhelinnumeroon ei myöskään vastattu monesta soitosta huolimatta jonka vuoksi meinasi tulla kiire junalle. Muuten kaikki sujui moitteetta.

Room was clean and lovely, location was in a nice, quiet local area but only a 5 min walk from the centre, breakfast was simple but nice, staff were lovely - really good value for money!
