Yes, this is a 2 star hotel. It is in a great location close to the Venice train station and bus station from airport. It is situated in an alley way, in a rundown old building, with questionable smell. It is a quiet site. But the bed was just awful and we had mosquitoes in the room both nights we were there. Linens were of low quality and worn out. Would not go back at any price.

Old building, there is no lift and beds are not beds they are uncomfortable sofas.

But bed is 50years old. And room is very small and dark. It is difficult to stand from the putrid smell of room.

The location is excellent, staff are friendly and the breakfast is great. However, the room doesn’t smell great and the toilet is really very small.

The reception received at Hotel Atlantide started our two days in Venice on the right foot. She provided us with a great room and was very pleasant. Room met our needs and enabled us to get most out of our two days in Venice through staying at two different locations after booking mishaps..

- Hotel is located at inside street and checkin & out is needed to make at the main street. -No good view from hotel -The glass door that showed by signage inside street is not the right place and beside wooden door is the place to stay. -Value for money, quite close to station and there are many shops in the surrounding areas.

The location is inside the small alley and you got to check in at the hotel about 50m away. Room is small and ok for a night. Overall the location is near and nothing to shout about in term of quality

Infront of train station and bust station going to malpensa airport. The reception is on the 1st floor. There is an elevator but a small one. Only fit 2 large bags with 2 person only.

What a tourist trap I have booked and paid this hotel using agoda. Then this hotel says there is no book under my name and this hotel told me that I did not show or come on that day. The reality is i was there at the hotel, I told them to check on their cctv if they're a credible hotel. So I was paying for something I didn't use. They lied to agoda and lied to me and refused to return my money At the end of the day the hotel still charge me the money, even i did not stay in the hotel. What a scam.

I had a very good stay at this place. Centre at the first was very helpful. I would like to know the previous reviews that indicated that you had to walk back out and towards the train station to check in at a different hotel is correct . It's a quick walk though. i was pleased with my stay but of note i was upgraded due to a cancellation and stayed at the checkin hotel vs Atlantide. Sandra at front dedk was helpful.

Good location close to train station and stores. Clean room and bathroom room. Well-functioning heater. Overall good. Only the wifi was not working during our stay.

Apparently we were pretty lucky and got a newly refurbished room, with a nice new bathroom and funny red fabric on the walls. It was spotless, nice and airy - much better than we expected from the pictures and reviews we've seen.

Check in was at different lication and was told to collect n surrender keys ti this place - hidden sinage to tell whre the hotel was. Was given old TV which was not functioning. The place needs upgrading. Not customer centric.

i think the hotel lack human careness. we don't have a pleasant experience in this hotel. when some problems happen, they don't solve it positively

Han an okay stay here, in a really good location but it is a tiny hotel down a small alley. Room was so small there was no room to move around in but did the job for a centrally located hotel.
