最近このホテルに宿泊しましたが、非常に失望しました。部屋は信じられないほど狭く、移動するスペースがほとんどありませんでした。さらに悪いことに、清掃が行き届いておらず、いくつかの場所にはほこりや汚れが目立っていました。このホテルを選んだのは、朝食付きと宣伝されていたからですが、到着すると朝食サービスは全くないと知らされました。全体的に、私の滞在は快適ではなく、基本的な期待すら満たしていませんでした。このホテルを誰にも推薦することはできません。

このホテルは予算が限られている方には良い選択です。豪華ではありませんが、コストとロケーションを考えると不満を言うのは難しいです。宿泊施設は基本的ですが、必要なことは十分に満たしています。 トイレのフラッシャーに少し問題がありましたが、スタッフは非常に迅速に対応してくれました。全体的に、価格に対してはお得で、街を探索するのに便利な場所です。

その場所はテルミニ駅の隣にあり、通勤に便利ですが、他の主要駅と同様に治安が悪いです。予約に関してはフロントは24時間営業とのことですが、実際にはそうではなく、私たちは朝早く到着し、荷物だけを預けたかったのですが、10分ほど門のベルに応答がなく、結局英語の苦手な誰かが応答し、チェックインが10時から始まるのに11時まで戻るよう言われました。子供と荷物を持って、テルミニ駅で3時間待つことになりました。部屋は長年リフレッシュされておらず、家具は古く、一部の要素は崩れかけていました。同じ寝室の中はひどい状態で、夫が水が垂れているだけでシャワーヘッドのスケール除去をしました。シャワーのキャビネットは崩れそうでした。部屋には冷蔵庫がないため、朝食のための買い物を毎日しなければならず、室温で保存することができませんでした。電気ポットや飲料設備もなく、ホットドリンクを得るために駅のマクドナルドに行かなければなりませんでした。フロントはほとんど一日中空っぽでした。私たちの滞在の唯一の良い点は、受付のスタッフでした。彼は常に親切で助けてくれ、最終日にはチェックアウト後に空港に行くまで荷物を預けることができました。

ローマテルミに駅からすぐ（駅地下の大きなスーパーも近い)、スタッフはフレンドリー。 設備に難はありますが、駅近でエアコンがあり、夜も静か。シャワーも問題なし。細かいことが気にならないならいい宿。 ・入口は大変わかりにくい。外にホテルの看板はなく、ビル入口に小さなインターホンの表示のみ→ビル入って奥突き当たりの階段orエレベーターで上がり→なぜか『VIENNESE 2』と書いてある看板のドア。フロントと部屋が別の場所にある。鍵の開け方要確認。（注：似た名前の『Hotel Viennese』は全く別のホテル） ・部屋はダブルルームに泊まったがどう見てもシングル。サイトの画像とは全然違う部屋。 ・コーヒー/ティーメーカー/扇風機はない。ボロボロに壊れたノートパソコン、TVはリモコンが使えない、備え付けのドライヤーも壊れている(フロントで別のを借りました)、タオルは毎日変えくれる(かなり使い古している感じで白さはなし)、アメニティはシャンプーの小袋のみ(石けん等なし) ・朝食は近くのカフェでパンに飲み物付

It’s my worst experience in Rome, i was here before so I know what i am saying Before i will say, i only want to say thank you to one Ukrainian man (unfortunately I forgot his name), who the only was one so nice and polite with us and helped us, otherwise I can’t say anything good. We came at 7 am there and first no one gave us information how to get inside and no one even answered us in doorbell. We chose this hotel because it was written that reception works 24/7 hours but when i called one number the woman answered me and she was SO RUDE by telling us: why the ***. you call me at 7 am? I will not discuss anything with you, all normal people sleep so come to reception at 10 am , now go away and she hang up on me, i was so shocked !! Then the number was so dirty , on the bed it was some spots from blood or something, thanks god we only needed this number for put our stuff and we didn’t sleep there as we came just for one day , also we couldn’t take shower because water was so cold! And in the room it was more cold than outside! What i can say…yes it’s cheap but for this treatment we got i will never get back there again!! Only one good think it was this Ukrainian man on reception and location, that’s it!! Take notes!!

Cons: Staff was not collaborative specially who serves breakfast. They (Chinese) argue a lot. - No extension and everytime you have to go to different building to take help from staff. - Smell of smoke in mist of the places in hotel - Okay for one night Pros: Staff at reception was very friendly

Budget hostel (I won’t call it hotel at all). Room was in poor condition - stained walls, holes on the walls, shelf under tv was hanging loose. Booked a room with 3 single beds. During bucking left a note that I need 3 single beds. Ended up with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Talked to the night audit lady and the room was rearranged the next day by separating the beds that were creating the double bed and removing the top bed from the bunk bed. The towels there were providing were very worn and one was badly stained. Had to ask to be replaced and again the old lady who stays overnight was extremely unfriendly and rude saying that they have received it from the laundry on that way but dragged her ass to the closed making faces and gave me a good one. The main problem with that hostel is the hot water pressure. If you are willing to have only 1 minute (literally only 1 minute like worm water) go ahead and book it if you like cold showers. The guy who was doing day shifts at the Front desk was friendly and accommodating at his best. But the night shift old lady is waste of money for the owner and needs to go. She is a shame and provides 0 (zero) customer service.

it's a nice place considering the price. You will save a lot of money but keep in mind that it's an hotel just for sleep, take a shower and have a breakfast (coffee & 1 piece of bread)... that's it. Facilities needs maintenance but for a couple of nights is ok.

The hotel building and lift was too old. But we had provided the clean and furnished room with 01 double bed and 01 bunk bed for children. All the facilities mentioned was provided us. The location near termini Station is the best part of our stay. All the Cafe, restaurants and stores available at termini Station. I highly recommended for budget traveller's for stay at this hotel.

Small rooms and very small lifts. There were some stairs without a lift and the room was small so it could hardly move around in the room. The toilet smelled of mold and very much chlorine that they tried to hide the mold with. we were supposed to be 6 nights but stayed 1 night. Then we took into another hotel that was much better. The breakfast would be included but we did not get any coupons for this. We were asked about it specifically the morning after check-in and a coffee and crossiant were included in this, so not more or less. No, i don't recommend the hotel.

Exploring Rome and going to Pisa and Fiumicino were easy to do because Termini is just around the corner. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous. I said "almost perfect" because the guy serving breakfast at the restaurant wasn't that helpful. Whenever we asked for something, he would say: "that's not included in the breakfast." To make it easy for us and him, I just asked him to pick for us whatever was included. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I return to Rome. I know I will return because I had tossed a coin into the Trevi Fountain in 2016, and I returned in 2019 :) I will choose the no breakfast option though, if there's such a thing. There are lots of restaurants outside anyway.

When I arrived at the hotel, they were apparently overbooked but they arranged to put me up at their sister hotel (The Art Mary) upstairs. So I don't have much to say about Viennese Due but the sister hotel, The Art Mary, was quite good (spacious and clean en-suite room). Both hotels are in the same building so the location is excellent (right across the Termini Station). All in all, a good experience...

We visited Rome with our teenage son in March. The room was small but just as described. The staff was very accommodating. The room was cheery but could use a fresh coat of paint. The beds weren't fancy but were comfortable, and they change your sheets and bring clean towels every day if you want. The bathroom is small and needs a deep cleaning, but it was very nice to have a private bathroom and there was plenty of water pressure and hot water. The location is excellent - just across the street from Termini Station which is the main bus/metro hub. It wasn't too noisy. There is a grocery store/coop a half a block away and lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. You get a breakfast ticket that you take to a little corner bakery just a half block away where they give you a large croissant of your choice and a cup of coffee, milk or juice. The croissants were wonderful and very filling. The WiFi wasn't super fast but it was adequate - even for our teenage son.

“安いこと重視で割りきれるなら良い場所”
今回のヨーロッパ旅行でユースホステルを含めて7ヶ所のホテルに宿泊しましたが、ここより気分が悪い場所はなかったです。 まず、宿泊税がアゴダから聞いていた金額より4ユーロ多く請求されて、なぜか聞いても英語もあまり通じず埒が明かないので仕方なく払いました。私達の前に受付していた人ももめている様子でした。 冷蔵庫があると書いてありましたが、部屋になく、共用の冷蔵庫もなく、買ってきたサラダやヨーグルトがあると言っても冷蔵庫を利用させてくれるわけでもなく… 布団をめくると誰かの髪の毛があって夫はドン引き、シャワーブースは自分で掃除したくなるくらいでした。 ホットシャワーは23時〜8時頃は利用できないと言われました。 ホスピタリティは感じられませんでした。 以前泊まったホテルが値上がりしていてこちらに泊まりましたが、落差がひどかったです。安いからと割り切るしかありません。
