トリプルルームなのに部屋が狭かった。予約したがバスタブがついていなかった。 朝食に生野菜がほしかった。その他は、交通至便の良いホテルだった。

セミダブルサイズのベットが、狭い部屋の中心部にレイアウトされており、 50-60Ｌ サイズのカバンを開けるスペースがない。 ベットの位置を変化させることで十分対応可能、残念だ。

デラックスルームに1歳児連れで泊まりました。ベビーコットも用意してくださって、とても快適でした。長旅でその前に泊まったホテルでは結構いいホテルだったのですが、泥水が出たり水道が止まったりと散々だったのですが（現地に住んでる日本人の人は普通にある事らしいです）、このホテルでは水トラブルも無く綺麗な水が出ました。朝食も美味しくて旅先では何も食べてくれない子供がパクパク食べてました。若干狭いという意見も事前に見ましたが、旅慣れしてる人からみたら都会ではこんなもんだろうというレベルです。 また泊まりたいと思いました。

The River Palace hotel was a great stay near to most interesting places. The crew was very helpful. Breakfast was complete. Would certainly come back when in Rome again.

We had a great time here. The hotel is beautiful, with a comfortable bar/lobby area. Our room was off the courtyard, and they played soft music which set a great vibe. The room was small but had everything we needed. Loved the location, within walking distance to everything but also far enough away from the super tourist heavy areas to have a quiet meal in a small restaurant. It’s also right off the metro line, which made it easy for us to travel with our luggage, and they held the luggage until our room was ready. Loved it!

Small room and old¬ comfortable bathroom Beware not to park your car outside the hotel cause our car was broke the glass and stole our things at the back compartment

The decor is “Old World Gorgeous”. Patterned marble floors gleaming dark wood cabinetry., pan ceilings with beautiful lighting fixtures. The entire hotel is clean and well maintained. Check-in was smooth and efficient and staff did their best to be sure our stay was pleasant. Our room was comfortable with a bidet and heated towel warmers. Shades of fresh air, the windows opened out to the street. The only negative is our room overlooked the street and the tram that ran from 5:00 am until Midnight. Closing the windows did minimize the sounds and they became part of the background noise. A buffet breakfast with wonderful coffee and happy hour are provided.

The hotel was beautiful and the location within Rome was perfect, central to everything. The happy hour at the bar was perfect for the end of a long day night cap. Staff was fantastic and happy to provide guidance or directions. I would definitely visit this hotel again and I recommend to family and friends.

Overall a very good hotel. Rooms are a bit small but are clean and comfortable. The staff are professional, polite and caring. The breakfast is tasty and they even had regular type American coffee which is a rarity in Italy. It is located within a two block walking distance to the piazza Del Popolo and the Metro. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel,from the front of the house,think Michela was our first contact,friendly and professional, to the breakfast staff porters and barman and chambermaids,grazie mille,when visiting Roma again this will be our hotel.

We enjoyed our three nights at River Palace. The staff is warm, helpful and resourceful. Having not booked tours early enough, we were bummed to find all tours full on the first day- at least, from our search. Not to worry, as the front desk helped secure us a Colosseum tour for that afternoon! We also enjoyed the aperitivo at the bar downstairs and very comfortable room accommodations. It was tight quarters, but tidy. Another plus is a beautiful breakfast spread (which seems to be the standard in Italy). As a heads up, the thermostat is centrally controlled, so if you run hot at night, I'd turn off the heater and open the window.

Plus sides: Perfect central location yet very quiet nights Clean room with good quality towels and bedding The breakfast was amazing The staff were all very friendly and very helpful Very good value for money Minus sides: On your arrival, they give you the option to upgrade your room for an extra cost and you realise your original choice of room is a small one with an unpleasant smell together with a tiny shower cubic. You’re automatically ending up choosing the more expensive room. The lifts were limited and the size were small and you could barley share a lift with other couples I don’t advise you to use the stairs as it was lots of unused furnitures and mattresses lying around, didn’t look very professional. The mattress was NOT comfortable.

Classic double room and bathroom very small, on check in this was explained to us and we were offered an upgrade but at an extra cost so decided to stay put. Plenty of hot water after long days sightseeing though. Walking distance to many of the tourist attractions.

Had a fab time at this hotel, location was great . The staff were very helpful from the minute you walked through the door An absolute credit to the hotel.nothing was a problem for them. Loved the happy hour and the free buffet they put on the bar every night from 5 till 10. Breakfast was great too especially the cappuccino coffe I had every morningThe rooms have everything you need . And you can walk to all the sites . The metro station is 200 meters away. Thank you river palace for a very enjoyable stay your staff are a credit to you .
