じめじめしていて、カビ臭く、昼も夜も従業員が全く働いていませんでした。朝、空港に向かうタクシーを呼ぶ手助けが必要でしたが、誰にも尋ねることができませんでした。また、部屋の間で音がよく響き、他の全ての部屋の声が聞こえました。ここには泊まらない方がいいです。全く値段に見合わないです。
Dear Mrs. Elizabeth London, We are incredibly surprised by this review. It is written very clearly in our advertisement that “our check-in must be noticed”. We sent you e-mails and reminders and messages, asking you to get in contact with us but you never replied. You didn't even pay attention to the contents of our welcome letter and all the information needed for contacting us round the clock for any need (upon request, we could very easily book a taxi as we always do). It is sad for us because for sure you got all our instructions in fact, you could make your self-check-in. We do not see why you decided to not reply, but we know that this is a matter of politeness and respect. We have very few rules made to give our guests the best welcome but if a person doesn't reply, doesn't answer, and just refused to communicate, it is not difficult but impossible to provide a good service. The further comment about our rooms, famous for being exceptionally clean and quiet, sounds like

SUPER staff! Everyone was helpful with info, maps, scheduling, etc. Breakfast was great and they were so friendly. The location was perfect, walkable to all we wanted. The weather was rainy. We were grateful to be right near fun streets with shops and restaurants!

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and good sized room. Location was perfect just beside all the cafes and restaurants of the travestere area. We had a great time and would definitely choose to come back to this hotel for our next trip to Rome

I couldn't be happier with our stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, and nicer than we expected for the price. The location was perfect to reach both the Vatican and the Colosseum area. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Cute boutique hotel in Trastevere. We had only one day in Rome. Staff arranged a car to pick us up from the airport (70euros for 4 of us). Desk staff is very nice and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Quiet location

Excellent location. The staff were brilliant. Arranged transfer to and from the airport. Advised us how to get to the sights we wanted to visit. Breakfast great. Spotlessly clean, with beds made up and clean towels everyday. Couldn't fault anything.

The hotel has only six rooms, design is simple, rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is very kind and able to speak in several languages. But the one reason you can't miss a stay in this hotel is the location. Right next to Santa Maria Di Trastevere church, probably the most characteristic area of Rome and walking distance to everything you will go visit in Rome. I have been there during the low season so the rates were very convenient. Overall I consider the place a sort of a jewel, if you are a tourist you should check it out.

我們預定晚上七到八點之間入住，七點準時抵達之後，大門深鎖，按了好一會兒電鈴，接待人員才出現。他說他已經下班了，現在有事，要我們稍等，結果，我們站在馬路邊寒風中又冷又累的等了二十分鐘他才回來。回來後就騎著機車帶我們去住宿的公寓，那兒離旅館報到處超過五百公尺，他沒交代清楚位置，就一路往前騎，我們拖著行李跟丟了，好不容易才找到他，又花了半小時。對於長途飛行的疲累旅人而言，這樣的入住經驗實在太糟糕。如果您正考慮這家旅館，建議您，換別家吧。

L'hotel est dans une petite rue calme, en plein quartier Trastevere, l'endroit est idéal. Nous avons eu une chambre ordinaire mais très propre, avec coffre fort, bar, jolie douche. Le personnel parle parfaitement anglais, très accueillant et arrangeant. A recommander sans hésitation
